二人で宿泊するには、狭いと思う。テーブル、椅子が無いので、飲食するのも不便、書きもの pcなど作業に不便と感じた。

Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms, friendly staff, waking distance to the town centre and the free parking was a big plus. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice rooms, lovely small touches like leaving the radio on for when you go into your room. Makes a difference. Only two faults were: only one towel in room and the toilet look brush wasn’t clean. Will happily stay again however.

No body at reception on arrival. cold water in shower and then water stopped on the first night we arrived for breakfast on first day at 9.10-915 and was told that breakfast was finish.and restaurant closed at 9.30 (we did get a light breakfast) nobody in restaurant only my husband and myself on our second evening. Food good Hotel a fresher look. parking difficult first come first serve basis. spaces tight.

A wonderful property in a beautiful town.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and had good bath/shower facilities. Minor grumble at breakfast with coffee less than luke warm, but everything else was spot on. Would recommend and stay again.

Bright, clean & well maintained Regency property on hill opposite the Common. Pleasant 10 minute walk down the Common to the Pantiles & a 5 minute walk to the modern Shopping Centre & bars. Friendly staff & good breakfast. Parking on site.

Lovely hotel. Slow service. Our room was a decent size with a nice bath. A lot of noise can be heard between rooms but this is the case in many hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Wells. It's in a great position above the town centre with really nice bar and restaurant areas and a very comfortable room. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Tunbridge Wells.

Absolutely perfect place to stay, sad we only had one night. Lovely view of the town, easy walking distance to eateries. Definitely recommend to anyone.
