Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. Anyway, all the dishes looked very cheap and it must be so. Do not recommend the guest dinner at all.

Great hotel with breakfast included, nice environment and other restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Sirmioni town very chic place full of restaurants and shops, beautiful streets for anytime strolls. Highly recommended.

Le WiFi a fonctionné les deux premiers jours. Puis un code d'erreur m'a empêché de me connecter au réseau de l'hôtel. Partout ailleurs dans les établissements publiques je n'avais aucun problème de connection. Malgré plusieurs demandes faites à la réception ils n'ont pas pu m'aider. Cette établissement a un vrai problème avec le Wifi mis à disposition des clients,

Very friendly staff, helpful with restaurant suggestions and also parking for visiting the Castle. Very comfortable bed and great location.

Takk for et fantastisk opphold hos dere! Rommet var pent og rent. De ansatte veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Frokosten var nydelig og det samme var maten på hotellet. Bassenget og området rundt var fint. På utsiden av hotellet går shuttlebussen inn til Sirimione og den benyttet vi hver dag. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely rooms, and a great pool. The breakfast was varied and well stocked, the balcony offered a great view, and using the hotel bikes to cycle into town was a real highlight. We had a fantastic stay.

Vi hadde en flott uke på dette hotellet. Alt var perfekt.Frokost,personale,renhold, sykkelutlei og beliggenhet 10/10.Koselig uteområde. Blir garantert å bo her neste gang vi besøker Gardasjøen.

Ambienti pulitissimi, personale gentilissimo, colazione fantastica… parcheggio limitato ma c’è…. Hanno biciclette a uso gratuito molto comode per non dover prender macchina.. piscina che si può usare fino alla sera della partenza , tutto perfetto!

This is a smaller hotel but nice and in a quiet location. The rooms as clean, comfortable beds, just very small in size. We had to put our large luggage on top of the cabinet as there was no space on the floor. The pool is small but clean. Check in was fast and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as they were fully booked for the weekend. There is a restaurant right across the street, looks nice, we didn't try it. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the hotel has plenty of parking around and under the property in the garage.

Very clean and updated room. The hotel has a lovely pool. We did not have a chance to use it. I liked that they offered a breakfast buffet.

Terrible check-in experience and rude management. We had an awful check-in experience. They tried to give us a room where the balcony directly faced another balcony, leaving us with absolutely no privacy as neighbors could look right into our room. When we politely expressed our dissatisfaction, the manager rudely shouted at us. We were told that because we booked a "cheap rate" through Expedia, they wouldn't help us or give us another room, and that we should contact Expedia instead. They explicitly stated things would be different only if we had booked directly. Appalling customer service.
