A whole entire firearm came missing from my room an the manager informed me she would check the cameras but never got back to me about anything. And then the staff just be trying to wall in people's room to ask them if they extending or leaving. Obviously if I don't check out by 11 then I am staying so what are you knocking on the door for. Always have that silver thing up cuz they can't get in like that.

The staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. However, you can hear when people are walking down the hallway and talking. There was no iron & ironing board located in the hotel when I asked, and the smell of the elevator and hallway wasn't pleasant. I have no plans of returning to this hotel even though it was a short stay.

The smell of the room was terrible!! Smells like cat pee and the room was disgusting. Was not cleaned at all

I love the pool

None of the amenities listed in the description actually existed. The hotel common area was dirty and despite being ano smoking accommodation people smoked in their rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot at night made it feel not safe.

I rented it because on the website it had a pool and a hot tub. My 20 year old grandaughter went with me and loves the water. Was dissapointed that they were both not working. Asked for a bit of refund due to that. Told them they should have put that on their website so people would not expect it. No real response.

There was no breakfast.

Horrible this was place overbooked, came in late after paying for the room in order to secure the reservation but they had sold our room.

customer service was trash. canceled my room. kept transferring and getting hung up on. Wouldn't help. No answers. paid in full and they cancel my room hours before check in. you'd be better off sleeping in a tent

They gave us a room that was just flooded the day before, floors was wet, front desk staff was crying and having anxiety attacks everyone was confused. They gave our original booked room to Someone else even though we had reservations. Myself and about 15 others made reservations and they couldn’t accommodate us we was told room they had left was dirty and they didn’t have staff to clean them they can only give us a mop and bedding to put on ourselves. I asked for a refund was was told I would have to call a number. Still no response or refund 6 days later.
