バスタブがなく、情報が異なる。ルームクリーニングの毎日の差が大きすぎる。排水の匂いが上がってきてバスルームは臭い。非常ベルが鳴り、一時避難、消防も駆けつける騒ぎもあるが後のアナウンスがない。ヒルトンサービスとは到底思えない．残念だった。立地はかなりよい。

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and afternnoon chips & dip was nice. The restaurant also was very convenient and had delicious soup & sandwiches. Only 1 block from Hop On Hop Off bus, 2 blocks from Notre Dame and 3 blocks to St Paul street in heart of Old Montreal.

We really enjoyed meeting people from everywhere at the free drink and snack happy hour. Front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. Good clean hotel.

Front desk staff were very friendly, patient and happy to help resolve issues. They were also multi-lingual, conversing with me in English and French. Rooms are kept in good condition and the housekeeping staff made sure to provide fresh towels and clear out the garbage daily. The Palais does Congrès is right across the street along with easy access to the subway to get around Montreal. The parking garage is easy to access with ample parking on multiple levels and access to/from the hotel directly. Would definitely come to visit again in the future when we are back in Montreal!

Good hotel in a Great walkable area, lots to see and do, staff are wonderful, only issue hotel seems to be short staffed at front desk and check in took much longer than norma.

The hotel was excellent. Beautiful room which included breakfast and a happy hour. Location was perfect for walking around old port and the downtown. Only downside was the construction that was being done and was noisy early in the morning.

When we were at happy hour there was a mouse that ran under our table. It made us very nervous to be in your dining room. The waitress gave us one round of free drinks. I feel we should have had something taken off our bill.

Great location. A walk to old mintreal with lots of restaurants, staff was amazing, love the managers social party every evening, newly renovated. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff were all great! Room was odd, a kitchenette with zero dishes or silverware, double bed billed as a “queen”, single old hard noisy chair. Hotel had terrible odors wafting through the ventilation system during the first two days of our stay. Happy hour was great with the drink coupons and all the great vegetables to munch on! Breakfast needed more options, especially for vegetarians, and please don’t fry the potatoes so much they’re like cubed French fries! Overall, an okay experience, but a shout out to every staff member we met, you were all awesome.

Close to Old Montreal, walkable, great happy hour and breakfasts. Parking garage is convenient. Currently under construction but it didn’t impact our stay. Room was big and comfortable.

Great breakfast. Great room, but no cutlery, plates or kitchen equipment. Renovations going on so noisy drilling and equipment everywhere. Not the nicest if areas around the hotel - lots of rough sleepers
