セントラルパーク、ロックフェラーセンター、トランプタワーなど徒歩圏内で場所は最高です。 滞在中の夜5時間ぐらい停電になりましたが、1時間毎のアナウンスのみで不満でした。もっともエレベーターも止まり、従業員も上がって来れなかったのでしょう。

とても満足しています。

年越しで3泊しましたが、最初にどこでチェックインするのかわかりませんでした。1Fにフロントがあり、チェックインの列ができていますが、ここではありません。エレベーターで37階に上がると小さなカウンターがあって、ここがホテルのフロントになります。寒かったので空調の温度設定を一番高くしても、そこまで部屋の温度が上がりませんでした。また、ナイトガウンが用意されていなかったのも残念でした。空の冷蔵庫があるので、近くのスーパーやコンビニで買った食材を入れておくことができます。TVは日本語放送が入ります。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみでした。朝9時を過ぎると周りの部屋で掃除が始まるので、朝にゆっくりとできない雰囲気があります。ニューヨークはどこもホテルが高いですが、一番高くなる大晦日も他の日と同じ料金設定だったのはよかったと思います。（もともとが高めの設定ですが）交通の面では地下鉄E線の出口が同じブロックにあるので、便利でした。

室内の清掃は問題ないが4泊すると毎日コップ等の備品の補充が無くなっていった。シャワーの水圧が弱く残念。以前は、利用できたラウンジの利用ができなくなり残念。日本人向けのツアーの集合場所になっていることから選択した。何処に行くにも便利な立地で、朝、セントラルパークに散歩に行くにも、夜間ミュージカル鑑賞の帰り等も安心して歩けた。 バスタブがない。ラウンジの利用ができないことから再訪はないと思う。

ヒルトンクラブはスイート以外はバスタブなし。1ー2日の滞在ならいいかもしれないが、階下のヒルトンに変更した。結構手間取った。

従業員のサービスが悪くて驚きました。食事中なのにモップがけを横でするということが毎朝起こり、従業員の教育がなっていないと感じます。

羽田からのアメリカンエアラインで行きました、予定より1時間早く到着しタクシーでホテルへ、 朝6時に到着、チェックインは15時、どうしようかと思いつつ、すぐそばのスタバでコーヒー、 一階ロビーのヒルトンクラブの受付は無人、7時30からと書かれていた。まだ1時間もあるため 専用エレベーターで受付へ、すぐ空き部屋をチェックしてくれて、朝7時30分にチェックイン出来ました。外は大雪警報で雪が降り始めていたので大変助かりました。 朝は簡単な朝食と夕方は簡単なスナックとビール、ワインが無料でサービスされます。 バスタブも大きく、別にシャワーブースもあり快適でした。 値段だけで比較して、日本の高級ホテルと同じサービスを期待しないほうが良いです。 私敵にはヨーロッパのホテルと比較してもサービスは悪くなかったです。

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It's in a great location — within easy walking distance to both Times Square and Central Park, which made exploring the city super convenient. The air conditioning could’ve been a bit colder, and we weren’t able to adjust it, which was a slight downside. Also, while the gym equipment could use some updating, I was still able to get a solid workout in. Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent location. Very close to Times Square, Central Park and 5th Avenue. King room is big and spacious which is a plus for Manhattan. Bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing The gym is ok The only thing that could be improved are the lifts. During busy times you could wait for about 5 minutes

Perfect place, close to main areas to walk to, close to subway stations if you need to. I’d look for this hotel’s rate before checking any other hotel.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, and upscale. We loved everything about it and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location-wise: good choice. Walking distance to major attractions (Times Sq., theaters, etc). Walking to Central Park took less than 15 min. Staff in lobby was great. Housekeepers are wonderful. I had two issues while staying here. The first was a double charge. I had made reservations through Expedia and called ahead of time to find out if the property would accept a debit card for incidentals (which they do) and to find out incidentals deposit ($100 since all fees were paid through the Expedia reservation). When I checked in, the representative confirmed all of this, but my card was charged for the full stay, which I only saw when I checked my bank account. When I inquired about it, the same rep said that Expedia never charged me for the reservation. I decided to contact Expedia since I knew they had charged my account. Expedia contacted the property and the manager said he’d reverse the charge. However, the funds would only go back into my bank account in a few days. It was promptly handled on their end, but a major inconvenience. The second issue was noise. Loud guests throughout the day, but the worse was in the middle of the night — some sort of altercation or argument in the hallway— which woke me up. You can hear conversations through shared walls. One final note: there was a panel on the bathroom wall under the sink (looked like a plumbing access panel) which was open. I had to pile up tissue boxes to keep it shut to feel safe. Glad it was a short trip.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was up to date and very clean. The walk-in shower was larger and very clean with side nozzle sprays in addition to a spray from above. Our room included a Keurig coffee maker and we were able to get extra coffee when we asked. Creamer and sugars were also provided. We are walkers, and we felt the location was great. We walked to Central Park, restaurants, Times Square and a different theater every day that we were there. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows. We would definitely come back!
