部屋は広くて快適なのだが、トイレの水の流れが悪いことと、何と言っても洗面ボールが小さすぎて顔を洗うなんてかなり無理っ！なサイズ。

Spacious room, modern facilities, friendly staffs and free drinks (including wines). I will deferentially stay here again when I come back to Melbourne.

スタッフは気さくで親切、ホテルはどこもおしゃれで掃除が行き届いていて、フロント前に無料のお菓子コーナーとセルフの無料コーヒーマシーンがあります！毎日ホテルを出入りするときにカフェラテを１杯もらって飲んでいました。 ホテルの部屋にもメッセージカードが書いてあったり、クイーンサイズで予約していて、チェックイン時にシングル２つに変えてほしいとお願いすると、本当に気持ちよく引き受けて頂いた上に、チェックインの時間も２時間も早めてくれました。10月の下旬平日だったからこその対応かもしれませんが、大変うれしかったです。 毎日タオル、バスマットの交換もあり、ゴミ箱も綺麗にされていました。 次またメルボルンに行くときは、絶対にここにします。 しいて言うなら、洗面所の手洗い器？が異様に小さく、洗顔や歯磨きは、シャワーで行うしかありませんでした。 その不便を差し引いても、とっても大満足です！

ロケーションはトラムの駅から近く、部屋もとても清潔で快適だった。ミニバーも無料で良かった。ただ、トイレの便器はトイレットペーパーが流れにくかった。また、ホテルの隣のビル(?)が工事中だったためか、ゴミ収集のためか、早朝から騒音があったことが残念

中華街のはずれで、州の議事堂の近くに立地しており、基本は寝るだけという人にはとても良いホテルです。ホテル自体は小さいデザイナーズホテルですが清潔で従業員も丁寧です。

全豪オープンテニス観戦で友人４人で利用しました。 メルボルン空港からタクシーでホテルに向かいましたが、住所を正しく伝えたにも拘わらず、ホテルからは かなり離れた場所でタクシーを降ろされ、ホテルを見つけるまで苦労しました。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、全豪オープン会場のメルボルンパークまでも徒歩20分程で、中華街に隣接してるので 食事をするには困りません。 部屋はバルコニー付の２ベッドルームスイートを予約しましたが、なんとアップグレードして貰っていて、一番グレードの高い お部屋でテンションあがりました。 口コミに書いてある通り、冷蔵庫には瓶ビール、ワイン、ジュース、コーラ等全てFREEで、毎日サプライしてくれます。 時間には間に合いませんでしたが、毎日ハッピーアワーと言ってPM6-8時、ロビーにてビール、ワイン等飲み放題、 お部屋にはお菓子の入った袋も置いてあり、フロント前には常にペットボトルのお水やジュース、コーヒーマシーンが ありいつでも頂けます。水、ジュース、ビール等が日本に比べ高価なので本当に助かりました。 また朝ご飯はフロント前にたくさんの種類のデニッシュが準備してあり、お部屋に持って帰って食べました。 オシャレなお部屋やFREEのサービスに大感激の４日間でした。 また次もここに泊まります！

とてもリラックスできる良い部屋でした。ミニバーも無料で安心して飲めますし、ところどころ気が利いたサービスがあり満足しています。

Hotel has a great vibe. Rooms are spacious. Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend.

Staff were extreamly helpful. Rooms were neat & tidy.

Great location for restaurants, very clean with everything you need. Only downside was very small basin in bathroom.

Fantastic location close to shops and the theatre. It is always a fun place to stay with friendly, helpful staff, lovely decor and comfy beds. I love the happy hour drinks, coffee machine and the lollies!

I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The girls at the front desk were especially wonderful, they were so supportive of my friend who ran the Melbourne Marathon and went out of their way to make her feel extra special. That personal touch honestly meant so much! The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and surprisingly spacious, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and so well thought out. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Melbourne, surrounded by amazing food spots, cafés, and bars, and super easy to get anywhere on foot or by tram. Everything about our stay was five-star: the service, the space, and the warmth of the team. I couldn’t recommend Laneways by Ovolo more highly and can’t wait to stay again!

Laneways by Ovolo was a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Melbourne, close to plenty of food and shopping options. Lyla at the front desk was especially conscientious and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. It’s a good pick if you want friendly service and an easy base for exploring the city.
