屋上の屋外テラスBarは最高です。 ワインも安くて美味しく、ソファーでくつろげました。

向かいのビルが工事中なので，カーテンを引かなくてもプライバシーが保たれたところは良いのだが，部屋の照明スイッチが複雑極まりなく，真っ暗か全点灯以外は上手く操作出来ず，落ち着かなかった。またoffにしてあるにもかかわらず，空調が制御出来ず，暑くて閉口した。

Excellent location in Gran Via with a beautiful rooftop. The staff is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The terrace room on the 10th floor was incredible. The view and the outdoor space right in the heart of the Gran Via was really special. We were walking distance from many of the best locations, and we walked to many great lunches and dinners everyday. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our typical tourist questions with a smile. They also accommodated our early check-in request and gave us a call promptly when our room was ready. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent Staff Big shout out to Roberto at the Reception went above and beyond. Will go back Thanks ti him . Breakfast was very good. Money well spent. Definitely recommended great location.

Hotel was clean but we needed a little more space so moved to a bigger room. Location was good to get to all sites easily but Gran Via is super crowded even in January!

A localizaçao do Hotel é perfeita. Os funcionarios sao muito amaveis e solicitos. A Cama e os travesseiros muito confortaveis. O ar condicionado e o frigobar sao bons.O cafe da manhã é farto e com muita variedade .Pego sempre quarto com vista pra Gran Via. Ter o estacionamento publico ao lado do hotel ajuda demais pra quem esta com carro em Madri. O estacionamento custa 38 euros por dia, mas estando no hotel o hotel tem desconto e sai 30 euros e vc pode entrar e sair quantas vezes quiser no periodo que esta com o carro la. So achei falta de uma cafeteira, embora eles deixei uma chaleira e cafe soluvel caso queira fazer. E também eu acho que deveriam fornecer sempre agua como cortesia como a maioria dos hoteis que estive fazem.
