仕事で一泊しました。清潔でとても良い環境でした。ロビー階で駐車場に面した部屋だったので到着してすぐの夕方の時間帯は、結婚式なのか人がたくさん駐車場にいてしゃべっていたので少しうるさかった。（日本から飛んできたばかりなので少し休みたかった）朝食は典型的なスペインのホテルのブレックファスト。パンコントマテがおいしかった。それ以外は特に可もなく不可もなく。強いて言えばハムなどの肉の種類が多く、野菜がなかったこと。少しでもいいからサラダがあれば良かった。でもセゴビアに滞在するには料金的にも設備的にもお勧めです。

駅からバスで闘牛場そばでおり、そのまま進行方向に進むとホテルの看板がみえる。中心部まで歩いてすぐだし、スパーマーケットも近い。

Quartos espaçoso e confortável, a chave é física, e não cartão eletrônico. Fica um pouco longe das principais atrações da cidade.

The hotel did not seem like a four star rating, its more like a two star hotel. The only nice thing about this hotel is the cloister area and the city location. The hotel needs a big update, better rugs and curtains as they were old and dirty looking and maintenance for the remaining parts. There is no airfan extraction in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK but the spanish tortilla and hard boiled eggs were cold.

Petit dejeuner bien varié de bonne qualité . Tous c est bien passé, je trouve ce pendant Même si on n'est pas la pour ça, il n'y a que des chaines espagnoles à la télé ,et très peu de personnes ( voir pas du tout)de personne qui parle francais, (4 étoiles avec tous le étrangers ,a Segovie) Mais ce n'est pas grave avec la bonne volonté du personnel nous avons passé un bon séjour merci à elles.

Magnifique hébergement. Tout est parfait !!! Nous avons été enchantés et reviendrons volontiers. Seul bémol en dehors de l' hébergement lui-même : nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi payer un parking alors qu'il y a des places gratuites dans l'enceinte de l' établissement, juste à côté du payant. Par ailleurs il est impossible de taper le code du parking payant sans sortir du véhicule. Lorsqu'on est seul ça doit être difficile.

Lugar muy bonito. Servicio muy bueno. Recomendación sería poner crema de manos o cuerpo en cualquier hotel de la categoría existe. Gracias

Staff very helpful brought a tea and coffee tray

Breakfast was really impressive!

It is unfortunate that what should have been a relaxing, comfortable 3 night stay at a designated 4 star hotel turned into something very different. With the exception of Nabil, a terrific employee, the other staff made every effort to act and behave in ways that puts the word hospitality to shame. The attitude of a particular employee at the dining room and breakfast room was simply unacceptable. The explicit aggressive behavior of this employee left us both dismayed and in disbelieved. He alone is the reason why we will never be back at San Antonio El Real Hotel. We are sorry that the owners of this hotel have to read this but we believe they must to learn about some employees they have that are clearly damaging their business in Segovia. We also need to point out that the cleaning of the room left much to be desired for a 4 star hotel, not even taking out and replacing the used coffee mugs.

La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es favorable para tomar el transporte público o tomar una agradable caminata siguiendo el acueducto.

Quarto e localização

L’Hôtel et son cloître ont un indéniable charme. A 2 minutes de l’Acqueduc et 10 du centre historique, il constitue un bon choix pour découvrir Segovia. La chambre était spacieuse et dotée de tout le confort nécessaire.

Beautiful hotel, our room clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Segovia.

Satisfaction globale. Cadre très agréable. Literie confortable. Et nous avons particulierement apprécié la restauration (diner comme petit-dejeuner).
