残念ながらロビー全体が改造中でした。従って利用したのは個室のみです。 英語は殆どダメでしたが、スタッフは親切でした。始めに案内された部屋は五階で 窓が小さく視界は悪いため、三階の部屋に変えて貰いました。追加料金は一切ありませんでした。

Hotel.comで表示されている場所にこのホテルはありません。Taxiに乗って行き先を告げていくようにしたほうが無難です。

カテドラルにも近く、部屋が広々として快適でした。欲を言えば、グラスを置いてなかったので、置いてほしいことぐらい。

Es un hotel sencillo pero muy cálido. La atención de las chicas de recepción fue excelente. La habitación es muy confortable. No tiene lujos, pero va de acuerdo al precio. Es muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Toda la recepción perfecto lo malo que no salió agua caliente deje abierta la llave y nada

It was excellent and very safe. I was there for the weekend of el dia de los muertos. I traveled by myself and i felt very secured. Everything was within walking distance. I went to the mina el eden, el cerro de la bufa, and the centro. The taxi guys were very helpful and respectful.

La habitación olía bastante a drenaje y en la habitación de mis suegros salió un ciempiés, al hacerle únicamente el comentario al personal, nos respondieron con que posiblemente lo traían ellos (mis suegros).

No tiene agua caliente para bañarse y la habitación huele mal, supongo que es del drenaje

Amazing view and location

The hotel is in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants and events in the town center. The staff is very friendly and helpful even though I don't the language. There is parking in the back of the hotel that is private and easily accessible.
