総合評価とレビュー Quality Inn Durand I-69

I liked the convenience of getting to this location. I was coming from Imlay City which is very close to I-69. This made it easy to get on 69 to Durand. This place is also fairly close to I-75. The price was good too for an overnight stay.

I think they need another picnic table, maybe two in high season. For more than one family...

The room was dirty and the shower drain was broken so in order for the water to drain you had to hold the lever for the water to drain. Will never be back, I would drive further to get a cleaner room.

I arrived with my Orbitz reservation in hand. Was told it didn't exist even after I showed it to the rude, unpleasant clerk. I asked if she would call Orbitz. I won't talk to them she said. I'll call I told her,no I won't talk to them . I again stated This was a valid reservation. She then stated she had only worked three days.I said would you call someone more experienced? I was then told to leave and she threaded to call the police. I immediately called them myself.They had no issues with me and I got another hotel.All said and done she was a miserable, horrible , mendacious incompetent fool who should have been fired. I'm sure her response will be different. But you can be sure reading this anything she says differently is a lie.

Wonderful

The room was clean and spacious. My daughter is in a wheelchair and although it was not officially a handicap room she was able to easily navigate around and between the beds.

Had a death in family . Had to cancel room. They still charged me

Good stay for the price. A little outdated but it served its purpose.

Our badly broken desk chair was replaced with a LESS damaged desk chair....instead of broken arm, it had 5 inch gash in seat. window curtain had a stain on it

Very disappointing. Rooms were not clean and smelled of cigarettes smoke and weed. The pool was broken and we were not informed of this until on site. Continental breakfast had very little options and most items were empty. One of our friends found vodka bottles under their mattress. Would not stay here again.

Great rooms

A clean and comfortable stay.

Location was central for my visit to this area of Michigan.

2nd shift was not helpful pool is closed though advertised as open breakfast was a waffle no butter or anything but syrup no juice no milk 2 type of low fat yogurt cold cereal but again no milk definitely not worth 100 a night

Super cozy and friendly

We had a reservation and they sent us into a dirty room and said there wasn't any other rooms available. It took almost 45 minutes for them to get the room cleaned and it definitely wasn't clean. Hair in the shower, food and stuff in the floor, the microwave was missing a piece to make it functional and it was also dirty

There is no elevator. We were given a room on the second floor. (My husband has trouble with stairs)I couldn't get the heat to work and there was some sort of black dirt on the floor in front of the furnace. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly put us in a different room on the first floor and the heat worked great in that room. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was a nice treat, the only thing that could be improved on would be to add a protein to go with the waffles (which were delicious). Overall it was a good experience and I will stay here again.

The windows didn't lock so I was uncomfortable, especially being so close to the interstate.
