Hôtel ist 62 Jahre alt und entsprechend renovierungsbedürftig Personal hat das kompensiert

Tutto perfetto, magari una maggiore cura nel particolare…

I travel a lot for work and know what a 4* hotel looks like. This was not 4*. It was dated, like a 1980's hotel.

No sirve el aire acondicionado, preguntamos en recepción y nos respondieron que abriéramos la ventana, horrible fue dormir con tanto calor.

I had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel on my Italian east coast holiday. The hotel is located at the beach walk in the Milano Marittima area with a nice beach view. The pool area is very nice with full service and the breakfast is top notch. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!

View was amazing. The room had no safe though, which was not ideal. Window from the balcony to the room had a lock that didn't work.

La struttura per essere un 4 stelle deve essere migliorata, nello specifico devono essere rimodernate le stanze ,mentre i bagni necessitano di un restauro completo. Il personale molto attento e gentilissimo la colazione e davvero super, non manca proprio nulla.

Non sono soddisfatto dal fatto che non ho potuto cambiare le date del soggiorno visto che l hotel era quasi vuoto

Le Palme is a little tired. Bathrooms are functional but in need of an update. They had small/old jacuzzi/body jet shower, but that left almost no room for the toilet. I'm only 6'3" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet. The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them. Parking €20 a night, Spa €10 a visit, Sun Loungers €40 per couple, Dinner €45 per person, set menu. Small bottle of still water €2.50 - there are none provided in the room. Neither the pool bar nor the lobby bar was staffed. We were pointed towards the beach bar, a 200m walk across the car-park, to fetch ourselves drinks for around the pool. The hotel is in a good location nearby local restaurants and a surprisingly good shopping area. The promenade by the beach is nice, but sits behind an unending row of beach clubs, so you can't see the sea whilst promenading. The old town and marina area in Cervia are lovely and you can find good quality and well priced seafood at restaurants along the river. Overall, enjoyable, but well below the expected experience for a 4 star hotel.

Un curieux mélange d’hôtel plutôt haut de gamme mais avec des éléments qui tirent l’impression vers le bas : literie très ancienne et de mauvaise qualité. Rideaux tellement vieux qu’ils sont plein de trous de mites qui laissent passer la lumière. Salle de bain des années 80 .

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura 2 notti. Che dire, appena arrivato in reception personale alle prime armi, confusione e poche informazioni per il soggiorno. Appena entrati in camera troviamo, testiera del letto sporca, lenzuola con macchie gialle, specchio crepato, insomma, stanza non degna di un 4 stelle superior. Dopo aver segnalato almeno il problema delle lenzuola è stato risolto. Per quanto riguarda il buffet a colazione nulla da dire, sostanzioso, di qualità con materie prime di buona qualità. Spazia dal dolce al salato. Per quanto riguarda gli altri servizi non posso dire nulla in quanto non li ho provati. Al check out pur avendo fatto la prenotazione con Expedia e quindi pagamento anticipato, la ragazza mi presenta lo stesso il conto da pagare. Confusione e inesperienza.

Ero stata qualche anno fa nel 2018 e me lo ricordavo molto diverso. Sembra sia lasciato andare . Bagno poco pulito e anche un po’ vecchio. Personale che non sorride . Costi molto alti per il servizio che viene dato. Chiesta una tisana e ci riferisce di averla solo alla menta ( quando la mattina a colazione ne avevano molte di più ) e pagata 6€!!!! Oltretutto nel penultimo giorno del soggiorno non è stata nemmeno fatta la camera !

Ci sono due cose da dire: 1- La zona reception poco professionali e non si sono attenuti alle regole dei clienti Gold Expedia. Mi hanno chiesto soldi per un upgrade che avrei dovuto avere di diritto. Personale poco educato. 2- Nella parte ristorante invece dove abbiamo fatto colazione ho trovato persone educate e professionali…come se fosse staccato dalla gestione dell’ hotel. Nel complesso purtroppo non lo raccomando…le foto ingannano e la reception può rovinarvi le ferie…a 270€ a notte…

Das Hotel ist eher ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist teilweise Renovierunsbedarf vorhanden. Sehr kleine Dusche, gerade wenn man noch ein Kleinkind darin duschen sollte. Die Extras sind eher teuer. Z.B. haben wir nach einem Babybett gefragt. Wir haben ein in die Jahre gekommenes Reisebett (Neuwert bestimmt nicht über Fr. 150.00) für 35 € pro Nacht erhalten. Den Preis wussten wir natürlich schon vorher, aber nicht, dass der Preis für ein einfaches Reisebett ist. Aber im grossen und ganzen sehr nettes Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie bemühen sich, die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es genug Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Daher waren die Liegenstühle und Sonnenschirm nicht inklusiv (bei Halbpension scheinbar schon). 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sowie die Badtücher für die Liegen kosten pro Tag 40 € beim Privatstrand. Die Lage ist jedoch sehr gut. Nahe am Strand, gerade wenn man Kleinkinder hat und ab und zu zurück ins Hotelzimmer muss. Auch das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden auch selber wieder buchen.

Trevlig personal, bra service men något slitna rum och en lite oeffektiv och ljudlig AC i rummet. Bra frukost och välskött poolområde.

Godt hotel med super beliggenhed tæt strand og by. Hotellet trænger til renovering og fremstår slidt - faktisk kan vi ikke helt forstå det har 4 stjerne. Morgenmaden er super lækker og personalet trækker klart vores vurdering op - fantastisk service.
