Underground car parking is not suitable for full-sized vehicles depending on the spot.

長く滞在していないが接したスタッフの方達はどの方も接しやすく親切で有難かったです。 ダウンタウンに徒歩で行ける距離でいつでも出かけられるのが良かった。またロビーに併設されている？レストランはすぐ行けるうえに美味しくて最高でした。 部屋に関しては、それなりに清潔でしたが、電気湯沸かし器が何かでベタベタしていて使いにくかった。また夜まで近くを走る列車のクラクションが聞こえ、時折人の騒ぐ音がよく聞こえたので音の気になりやすい人は注意が必要かも。 バンフはとても気に入ったのでまた行きたいが、こちらのホテルにまた泊まるかは状況次第というのが今回の総評です。

Stayed 4 nights. Good value for the area. Room was comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus with a great Mountain View. Walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants. Public bus stop right in front of the hotel was very convenient. Underground parking was safe and not crowded. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the Banff area.

They let us park in the parcade hours before check in so we could go explore downtown.

Being in the Rockies we were expecting some level of view of the mountains however our room was on the first floor and the only view we had was of a back street. Considering the hotel was half empty i expected a lot more. We will not return there

Anywhere else this place is not a 500$ plus a night hotel. It served its purpose… its run down and the bottom floor stinks AC worked well… thats all I can say positive

For the outrageous price of over $750 per night, ridicolously noisy and not properly working air-condition, very noisy outdoor area, including a idling tourbus at 6:45am for more than half an hour. Hotel experienced a firealarm as well and NOBODY was leaving hotel - as per law obligated - staff told guests "its just a failing detector" - absolutly ridicolous and illegal - no door to sink, bathroom section, door to bathtub and toilet did not close properly, all walls had scuff marks, carpet in extra bedroom was ripped open

Staff are nice

The property really needs renovation and the replacement of the carpets in the hallways and bedrooms. I have been tracking for almost 50 years, and this is the first time I encountered the vanity was inside the bedroom and not in the actual bathroom. It makes it super inconvenient to go between two places to shave and wash hands. The room was so small that I couldn't even walk around. Parking is an issue due to very tiny spaces. I asked for a better room, but I was denied. Not to mention the problem we had with the open door to get in, we had to go to the reception a few times to replace the card.
