ホテルは部屋が広い以外は普通ですが、価格はそれ以上求められる。フロントの応対が適当。部屋数や朝食券など、確認する迄非常に時間がかかった

7泊しましたが、掃除とタオルの交換は一度だけでした。

Localisation à côté du métro. Attention, parking dans la rue payant depuis quelques temps en journée.

The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value.

Tres bon séjour personnel agréables accueil et consigne simples efficace. Juste je peut rajouter un détails il manquerait un petit cendrier sur le balcon pour les personnes fumeuses

Simple d’accès confortable propre

À la hauteur de nos attentes. Bien situé, calme, propre.

We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally, the staff apologised for our bad staying experience and she didn't charge for our car park cost. This was the worst hotel we have stayed and we will never come back again.

Pour une nuit en famille à la découverte de Lyon très bien car le métro est en face. Hébergement normal
