1日１本のペットボトルの水のサービスがありがたい。しかし部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが残念だった。

連泊中ほとんど一見綺麗に整えられていた部屋ですが、最終日はミネラルウォーターの補充が無かったり、コーヒーなどの補充も2日しか無かったり、床がザラザラしていたりでした。 Wi-Fiの繋がりやフロントのおじさま達の対応はとても良かったです。

便利な場所にあるホテルです。建物は古いですがスタッフはとても親切だし清掃は行き届いています。シャワーがもう少し快適だと嬉しいです。

Demasiado ruido dos noches seguidas las personas de habitaciones cercanas hacían ruido en M oredores y no dejaban dormir en el 5 piso.

The staff , from the cleaning lady to the front desk people , always willing to help and make you stay comfortable. The lady who cleaned our room 206 was always on point . Making sure we had all we needed and performed a great job , every time she went in to clean it .

Would have given higher score…but like many hotels in Mexico…noise in hallways an issue. Also the ability to warm the room up when cold was a problem. But still my go to place remains intact.

Hotel location was perfect for all the things that we wanted to do!

Overall it was a wonderful place. Location was great and within a short walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and responsive, but most didn’t speak English. There was no noise coming from the street at night but other guests often made lots of noise in the hallway. We left the locker’s door open with all our valuables inside one day and was pleasantly surprised when nothing was stolen upon our return. This is unheard of in Europe or even in America.

This was a cozy and friendly hotel with great service and an amazing breakfast buffet. They cleaned the rooms regularly and the location was central to a lot of great restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay again.

Great location. The rooms are a little outdated and there’s a little smell to the covers but other than that, I can’t complain about anything else. the service was great and the location once again was amazing..

A lovely hotel in a walkable neighborhood, very close to public transportation. Helpful, friendly staff. On-site restaurant is bright, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner,. with very good food. 24-hour front-desk was much appreciated. Hotel Stanza is a true find in Mexico City. Will stay again.
