サトュルニア温泉訪問のため滞在。 欧州ではサウナがあっても料金が別のところが多いです。今回私は確認忘れていました。日本の方は注意してください。 ロケーションは素晴らしく、プールサイドでトスカーナの風景に癒されながら日課のストレッチを済ませました。素晴らしい時間でした。ヨガマットのレンタルがあればもっと良かったな。 一人旅なので宿泊できるリゾートというだけで最高です。 その上、ディナーのレストランが美味しくて、満足度が最高を超えました。

眺めが素晴らしく、ホテルもとても綺麗でした。 車が無いといけない場所であるためとても静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。

初めての利用で、ホテルまでたどり着くのに時間がかかりました。お部屋はすぐにチェックインできましたが、お部屋のタイプがスタンダードだったか狭くて期待はずれでした。101のお部屋でしたが、ここはお勧めできません。そして、バスローブが6ユーロで有料でちょっとびっくりしました。しかし、スタッフもフレンドリーで朝食（コンチネンタル）も良かったので、お部屋以外は満足しました。12/31は、スペシャルディナー（一人120ユーロ前後、ワインやスパークリング飲み放題）をいただき、カウントダウンをするためお料理のでるタイミングが、遅く皆飽きていらっしゃいました。お部屋のグレードを上げれば、更に快適に過ごせたと思います。

This is a beautiful property with an excellent restaurant. One of the best meals we had on our trip. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

Ao chegar fui surpreendida que na minha Reseva não tinha a minha filha pequena, mesmo eu mostrando a minha reserva eles disseram que na deles não tinha e era o que servia, ou seja A minha e nada deu no mesmo, me colocaram no quarto minúsculo e com uma cama desmontável para minha filha, pagando uma taxa extra de 40 euros por dia isso porque ainda falei que estávamos ali para comemorar o aniversário dela e mesmo falando isso, entrou por um ouvido e saiu pelo outro, quanto apertado e aínda com barulho cedo das mulheres que arrumam, spa limitado e não pode utilizar quando prefere, só marcando e não tinha mais horários disponíveis, consegui um horário no domingo após o café da manhã, porém como faria se já teria que deixar o quarto??? Era pago por pessoa. O spa na parte da tarde somente privado quase 4x o valor da da parte manhã por pessoa. A única coisa que valeu nessa nossa viagem foi o jantar do hotel, garçons super atenciosos e ainda levaram uma tortinha com parabéns para minha pequena.

Excellent view with amazing sunsets. Great location to visit thermal club and natural thermal spot. Staff were eager to help although the restaurant could use more staff at dinner. Waiters were very polite although overwhelmed. Visited 10 yrs ago and will likely come back again.

I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel to my family and friends, and I hope to return someday soon. The outstandingly helpful staff was gracious and gave me excellent assistance as a solo traveler. As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino. I enjoyed the spectacular dining experiences and quiet tranquility of the pool with panoramic views. Thank you for a memory of a lifetime! ~ Anne, USA.

We had a good stay at this hotel and the place was good value for money, however we had some issues at the swimming pool where (with plenty of guests not wearing the mandatory swimming cap) we were targeted by a “vigilante” resident that, in spite of himself spreading the ash of his cigar around the inside of the swimming pool, started yelling at us to wear the accessory. The hotel should have the pool rules accessible, mentioning this at the time of booking and should also have smoking areas rather than allowing full ashtrays and smokers to be trying to enforce riles…

The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area.

Situation au top pour visiter les sources chaudes de saturnia. L’hôtel est magnifique, le cadre exceptionnel avec la piscine avec vue sur la campagne toscane ! Accueil très sympathique, restaurant très bon pour le repas et pour le petit déjeuner !
