クラシックなホテルで、素晴らしい設備に内装。朝食時のレストランがとても豪華。

入り口のゲートのはいりかたがむ

市街地には、若干遠めですが今回の旅の目的である電車で郊外に行くにはマタビオ駅が近くてよかったです。 ただ、フロントから階段で出なくてはならないのでスーツケースが重かった… 駐車場から出ればよかったのかも。 他にはプールのドアが開かなくてたいへんだったことと、近隣の部屋のドアの開閉が響く、洗面所の排水口の開閉のためのハンドルが固くて流れない、という細かいことを除けば価格相応のよいホテルと言えると思います。

Bel appartement bien équipé, bonne surface et confortable. Accueil très professionnel. Bien situé et proche du Capitol. Parking payant mais nécessaire.

Buen hotel

le seul point négatif : le plateau Thé café n'est pas rechargé chaque jour!

This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes. A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate. We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for a long weekend.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare et des commerces et restaurants. Personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre et confortable. J’ai eu 2 soucis. Le premier un repas de pâtes commandés au room service, elles étaient immangeables, caoutchouteuses et sans aucun goût et pourtant facturées à 16 euros ! Une salade de fruits avec seulement des oranges !! Et le 2 eme souci la machine a nespresso en panne dans la chambre et non remplacée quand j’ai signalé, à la place on m’a fait monter un café vraiment imbuvable. Je suis une addict au café donc c’est un point important pour moi ne pas pouvoir prendre mon café au réveil .

1ere fois dans cet établissement et j’en fais ma nouvelle escale toulousaine Dommage que l’accès au parking soit étroit

Good location for the bus for the airport and central Toulouse

Nice hotel very friendly staff at reception. Rooms are comfy just fine for a couple of nights stay. We were but a short walk from the centre of town. Also handy was a supermarket right next door. Having a car park was handy as we couldn’t use train system because of strikes. I Would recommend this quaint hotel and yes would stay again.

great stay, lovely room, pool was tiny. was told the minibar was free and unlimited, asked for more waters and then was charged for it at the end? so that is a big lie

좋은데 4성급은 아닌 것 같아요

There was nothing particularly wrong with the room, although it was a bit smaller than i anticipated. The decor was a bit drab and the "view" was dreary but the essentials were ok. I will admit to being a little surprised that it was a 4 star; it seemed more a 3. However, what was not particularly great was the entrance: a dark tunnel ending in a creaking gate that required one to buzz for entrance - but hard to find the button in the dark. That was followed by three sets of stairs to haul your luggage up. In short, you initially feel like you have walked into a horror movie. Now, as I said, in the end it was reasonably ok and the staff - Miles in particular - were all great, but this property needs to put some work into creating a better first impression. Some renovations (apparently planned) would also help.

Good location, close to metro. Gym was rather tired. Low ceiling with sharp corners...accident waiting to happen.

Rien à dire de particulier pour un 4* bon service.
