Good location.

Staff went above and beyond. We requested for the use of the sauna as there was a large group of us and they were able to make this happen for us! Staff were friendly and very eager to help with all our queries. Hotel is a walking distance to train station and you can easily access the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious!

Gute Möglichkeit für eine Nacht auf Durchreise

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auf dem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel in unser Auto eingebrochen. Dabei wurden Gegenstände im Wert von fast 5.000 CHF gestohlen. Leider funktionierte der Hotelsafe nicht, weshalb wir unsere Wertsachen im Fahrzeug aufbewahren mussten. Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion des Hotels. Nachdem wir den Vorfall gemeldet hatten, wurde lediglich auf einen Aushang verwiesen, wonach das Hotel für Gegenstände nicht haftet. Wenn bekannt ist, dass Diebstähle vorkommen können, sollte das Hotel seine Gäste aktiv darauf hinweisen, keine Wertsachen im Auto zu lassen oder einen sicheren Parkplatz empfehlen. Zudem gibt es auf dem Parkplatz offenbar weder ausreichende Überwachung noch andere sichtbare Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Das hat bei uns den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass die Sicherheit der Gäste nicht ernst genug genommen wird. Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren mit dem Auto durch ganz Europa und haben noch nie eine solche Erfahrung gemacht. Neben dem finanziellen Schaden war es sehr belastend, plötzlich ohne wichtige Dokumente, Karten und persönliche Gegenstände dazustehen und alles sperren bzw. ersetzen zu müssen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Gäste sollten besonders vorsichtig sein und keine Wertgegenstände im Fahrzeug zurücklassen.

My stay was enhanced by the service at the front desk, especially Aman. He arranged by taxis, was courteous and exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment was the selection on the menu for lunch. I would have liked to have seen a simple tomato pasta dish for adults and children. It was far too extractor a lunch menu. I’m very happy and I will return.

Bom hotel nos arredores de Milão, se não tiver problema em andar de trem, eu recomendo. Boa cama,chuveiro, café da manhã, estacionamento. Fica num bairro residencial de Saronno...a cidade é fraca,mas a estação tem ligação com várias partes.

This hotel is really nice but it is located outside Milan and it cost €100 to Uber. But the train stationnis nearby,so if you can learn to navigate the train system, which is really easy,then you'll be good.
