総合評価とレビュー Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel

バスタブはあれど栓が機能しないので　湯船につかることはできない　 それ以外には特に不満はなく　快適な滞在だつた 空港ホテル間のシャトルは　呼び出しや　レセプションでの予約が必要 朝食バウチャー金額をゆうに越える価格で　税金　サービス料金　ティップを入れたらかなりの額になるのが　残念　但しクオリティーは良いと思う

他のサンドマン系列のシャトル運転手から「電話しなさい」といわれるまで　空港シャトル乗り場で待ちぼうけ　HPにはそんな案内はなかった　 レセプションはまるでやる気なし　情報提供不足だし　ウェルカムな態度はない　他のホテルに比べて　この時点で格段に劣る 部屋はエレベーターの前で　エレベーター起動の度に　デコトラック見たいな音がする 朝食会場は時間になっても開かず　レセプションに聞いても　ホテル管轄じやないからよく知らない　一時間後に来たらどうかといわれた 部屋は設備は十分なものの　掃除は行き届いておらず　隅々は汚れが目立つ 夏季繁忙期で　値段で選択したが　次は無いなと思います

Room needed a deep clean - bugs in tub, wallpaper covered in splashed liquid, stain on bedroom floor. Hotel needs to advise guests to call for airport shuttle pick up. Room was large and well stocked though. Would be nice if pool hours were extended for airline passengers on various timezones.

Staff was friendly and helpful, service was great. Room wasn’t overly clean.

Great hotel, great location. The pool was closed most of the morning for maintenance with no warning which was a bit of a pain, but otherwise great.

Stay here twice a year and are never disappointed

Everything was great except our room overlooked a roof with no balcony access. Room also did not have water bottles

Front desk staff were nice. Airport shuttle was handy, room clean and restaurant was good. Very convenient to catch the shuttle to airport and go on the subway to go wherever in the city, not bad for my first time in Toronto

Everything was great. No issues. Easy checkin. Clean and cozy room. Close to airport and uber to downtown was not too bad.
