部屋はわりと綺麗ですが、細かい傷やそれを直した跡などがやや目立ちました。バスルームはバスタブがなく取り外し可能なシャワーのみで、ガラスの壁が短いので水が飛び散らないように気を付ける必要がありますが、水回りの清掃は行き届いていて綺麗でした。洗面台の排水口を開けておくと虫が入ってくるようなので、栓を閉めておいたほうが良さそうです。部屋にカードキーを入れると電気がつきますが、抜くと自動的にエアコンが29度に設定されて勝手にONになるので、4月でしたが帰ってくると部屋が暑かったです。窓を開けるとベランダが隣の部屋と繋がっているので、やや安全面に不安を感じました。ホテルの周りは畑があるような田舎ですが、逆に落ち着く感じがあります。バス停はすぐ近くにもありますし、数分歩くとLAM bluのバス停があって、10分おきくらいにバスが来てPisa Centrale Train Stationまで15分ほどで行けます。そのバス停近くのピザ屋の中にあるTabacchiでバスチケットが購入できます。1枚1.2ユーロ、4枚セットなら4ユーロでした。Wifiはつながりますが、iPhoneからつなぐと画面を消すたびに再ログインが必要でやや面倒でした。15分位歩くとEsselungaという大きなスーパーがあり、一通り買い物をすることができます（スーパー目当てならAC Hotelが近いですが）。空港からは往復10ユーロで送迎のシャトルバスがあります。タクシーでも片道15ユーロ程度でした。朝食のビュッフェはスクランブルエッグが美味しかったです。コーヒーやホットチョコレートを蛇口から入れることができました。

とても良かったです！ バス停の場所の説明も地図でしてくれたので、助かりました。

Hotel eigenwillig aber sehr interessant. Zimmer nur schwer auffindbar. Bar und Restaurant super. Essen und Frühstück sehr gut. Besichtigung der Altstadt Pisa ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

the hotel is good, nice room, clean and reception staff has a welcome attitude. the breakfast is very nice. I regret my diner in the restaurant, the food was just acceptable for an expensive price, I do not recomand to have the diner in the hotel.

The hotel is dated and the showers were not well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff is very friendly and attentive, in particular the young lad at the reception (sadly forgot his name). The hotel is not in the quiet area but is easily accessible from the centre of Pisa. We would definitely come back to this place. Thank you.

The restaurant service was very slow. While hosts were friendly, took forever for food to arrive. Didn’t bring breads out with drinks and didn’t check in us enough to ensure our needs were met,

Hôtel que je recommande et dans lequel je reviendrais certainement si nous sommes de passage à Pise. l'Accueil était professionnel et chaleureux et les chambres propres. L'hôtel dispose d'un fitness, d'une piscine (attention, l'accès à la piscine (non chauffée) est payant et le prix dépend du temps que vous y resterez mais comptez au minimum 10 euros/personne). L'hôtel dispose de parking autour et d'un parking souterrain (facturé 15 euros/jours). Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Si je veux chercher un détail, seule une lampe ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre, j'ai connu pire ailleurs ;). C'est un hôtel un peu éloigné du centre de Pise mais ils vous conseillent avec plaisir et vous organise même un taxi si vous en faites la demande. Le seul point d'amélioration selon moi était le petit déjeuner. En effet, celui-ci n'est pas suffisamment et assez vite réapprovisionné et le serveur du matin semblait vite débordé et donc moins courtois que ceux du restaurant le soir. D'ailleurs, petite note à leur égard. Il serait bien de ne pas débarrasser une table tant que toutes les personnes n'ont pas finies de manger ;) Est-ce que je le recommande? Oui, sans hésitation car dans l'ensemble tout était bien.

Was given a handicap accessible room in which has different layout and amenities from the regular room I booked. It was also very dusty and we had no privacy as it was next to the restaurant and everyone in restaurant could look in our room and there were also construction workers outside our window.

Great hotel near the as or port. Good stay Overall. However I was extremely disappointed that I booked the hotel as it had a pool, to discover that the pool was closed for maintenance and I should have been informed about this as the booking was non refundable. In addition, the underground free car park was also closed which again I should have been informed before booking as I had to park in an area away from the hotel which was not secure. Both of these were main reasons for booking this hotel snd therefore not acceptable to be told about this on arrival. So whilst the hotel is nice, I would not have booked it in the first place had I have known this.

Greit hotell. Men rommene er dårlig isolert, mye støy utenfor fra gjester, arbeidere og hunder som bjeffer.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with an outdoor pool and was 4 star in July for a family first visit to Pisa. I was amazed to find out that when we checked in that the pool had an additional charge of €15 per person per day! I travel extensively for business and personal and have never encountered this. Furthermore it was not transparent this was the case on booking. If it was transparent I would not have booked the hotel. As a family of 5 who only wanted an hour or so at the pool €75 per day was extremely unexpected and frankly absurd for a small 15m pool. I would not recommend for a family.
