夜景が美しく朝食も美味しくとても良かった。 街の中心地からはやや遠目。

部屋の一部が壊れて使えなかった。Wi-fiは遅い。スタッフのミスがあり困った事もあった。

街中から離れてますが、１時間に１本ミニバンによるシティセンター行き無料送迎があるので、問題ありません。 60’SのCCRをいつも聞いてる、ドライバーのおじいさんも簡単な英語話せます。 周りに建物はなく環境は静かです。また部屋によりますが湖も一望です。 内装インテリアもいいセンスしています。 部屋も広く、新築間もないので施設もキレイです。

周辺には湖だけで全く何もなく、街の喧騒からは隔離されたとても静かなロケーションです。 街へのアクセスも1時間に1本、無料のシャトルバスが出ているので問題ありません。 ただ一つ残念なのは…ロビーのトイレにサングラスを忘れてすぐに取りに戻ったのですが、既に誰かに盗まれた後だったのが、今でも悔やまれる出来事でした。

人気が高いだけあってダブルブッキングの判断ミスのようです。ファイブスターホテル？を案内(追加料金なし)してもらいました。このホテルの景観とレストランに期待していたので残念です。

Apesar da vista muito longe do centro em um local que não tem opção de uber, somente taxi e muito caro. Banheiro estava mal conservado, quarto não esquentava o suficiente, café da manhã fraquíssimo e comida ruim do restaurante

Parabéns aos funcionarios e administração , ótimos em limpeza , atenção e organização . Só faltou a Bíblia (a Palavra de Deus , o manual do fabricante ) nos quartos . Internet muito bom o SINAL . Acústica dos quartos é fraca , escuta o vizinho dos lados falarem palavrões , constrangedor . a TV ligada também escuta dos lados mesmo na hora de dormir . Não deveriam permitir fumantes nem do lado de fora do refeitório , pois o mal cheiro do cigarro penetra no ambiente .

Eu não vi nenhuma piscina no hotel ou banheira de hidromassagem, e se tinha, não vi. Hotel com bom café da manhã, estacionamento bom, vista espetacular de um lago, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso.. recomendo.

We hated this hotel and it almost ruined our trip to El Calafate. The hotel is located about a 20 minutes drive outside of town and we felt very isolated. The rooms were not cleaned. They would make the beds and take out the garbage but left towels on chairs and dirty cups. The toilet and shower were clearly not cleaned. The breakfast was disgusting - 12 kinds of carbs, all sweet, and almost no protein. We came down one morning at 8 and every table was filled with dirty dishes and all unoccupied. The toaster was backed up with stuck bread and no one was around to help or clear a table. In general, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful - it was so hard just to get the number of a taxi that could get us into town. Every single time we left the room our key stopped working. They never once apologized and told me it was my fault, that I must have had it next to my cell phone, but the key wouldn’t work even if I left the room without my phone just to grab some water. There is a nespresso machine in the room but they will charge you for pods. Everything here was a negative for us. I considered switching but I had prepaid and couldn’t pay for another. We stayed in 5 hotels during our travels across Argentina and all were wonderful except this one. Do not stay here.

Hotel com uma vista linda para o Lago Argentino. Fica mais um pouco afastado da cidade, o que privilegia os hóspedes com a vista do lago e do céu. Tem transfer gratuito para o centrinho da cidade, com vários horários. O melhor: nos passeios em direção aos glaciares fomos os últimos a entrar e os primeiros a sair da van do translado. O restaurante do hotel tem comida boa e o café da manhã também tem opções saudáveis e de qualidade. Quarto com boas toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade; limpo e cama confortável. Descobri no último dia um serviço de massagem maravilhoso (massagista Ana). O hotel é puro sossego. Voltaria certamente.

The room needs an update. But excellent service. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Average hotel, it’s quite old, the ground floor rooms have a weird smell and the drains also smell. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Todo excelente. El hotel en hermoso, la habitaciòn super còmoda. Las vistas son increìbles. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.
