素晴らしく眺めのいいパティオに隣接したペトラルカ・スイートに宿泊しました。眺望、開放感があって最高でした。街も清潔で落ち着きがあり、ホテルは便利な場所に。また、このホテルの、あの部屋に泊まりたいです。

部屋のarredamentoがとても好きです。フロントもスタッフも素晴らしい！朝食は7時から１１時とゆっくりでき、内容も申し分ありません。ただ、部屋のお掃除がベッドメイキングとバスルームは洗面台だけ、浴槽やトイレなどは掃除されませんでした。（自分で掃除するので）それは別に構わないけれど、部屋の床は簡単な掃除機かけだけのようで、５～６日ごとに代えている部屋専用の布スリッパの底が４日目なのに真っ黒になって細かい埃がびっしりついていて捨てました。全然もモップがけされてないようです。去年はこんな風ではありませんでした。人手不足なのかもしれませんが毎日でなくとも１度されたらと思います。

アレッツオから近くの歴史的な美しい村アンギアｰリや画家ゆかりの地サンセポルクロを訪ねました。イタリアの奥深さに感激。

Service is very wonderful.E-mail reply is also polite.The hotel man speaks slowly, so it is easy to understand both Italian and English.And the forgotten iPhone came back.I will definitely stay here again.

駅から５分以内で、観光名所にも徒歩で行ける立地抜群なホテルです。クラシカルな雰囲気ですが、水回り ワイハイと設備も申し分なく、室内は静かで快適でした。すぐ近くにスーパーがあるのが便利です。観光 飲食 買い物と立地抜群なため、どれも徒歩で回れます。 中世の町並みそのままのアレッツォを楽しめました。

ホテルには乗用車で行くので駐車場を予約していました。従業員に駐車場の位置を尋ねました。地図で明示してくれましたが、一方通行の情報を教えてくれなかった（地図に矢印で明示しなかった）ので、当該地図通りには進入出来ず（進入禁止）、初めての街中をグルグル回って大変苦労して捜し当てました。私は若い頃に７年間も欧州に赴任していたので慣れていましたが、新米なら困り果てたと思われます。

駅から近く，しかもアクセスが大変わかりやすい。☆４のホテルだが，近所にカジュアルなピザ店やスーパー（コナード）などがあり，経済的に過ごすことが可能です。

何よりも屋上からの眺めが素晴らしく、朝靄に佇み、夕日に映える街並み、教会の鐘の響きにしばし時の停まったような、時間刻みの毎日を忘れさせてくれる宿でした。

仕事で宿泊しました。Arezzoの駅から徒歩2，3分で迷うことなく着けました。内装は格調高く、室内も綺麗でした。近くにスーパーがあり便利でした。ややシャワーが狭く、アメニティでコンディショナーがなかったのが残念でした。それ以外は文句なく、是非また泊まりたいホテルです。

Our room should have been cleaner. The tub was dirty and there was some dust on the switches. The patio door was open when we checked in.. The room location was not good as we looked out onto a patio that looked like an employee smoking area. The carpets in the hotel were old and in some areas thread bare. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, so the location is convenient.

Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views

Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price.
