レンタカーでしたが、車も停めやすく（狭い市街地をギリギリ入らずに済む）駐車場も完備されていて、それでいて中心部まで充分徒歩圏内で使い勝手がとてもよいホテルでした。フロントの方がとても感じ良く、テキパキと仕事をこなしていて好印象でした。朝食は中庭で頂きましたがトスカーナの景色が臨め、町の雑踏とは無縁の静かな時間を過ごせました。ホテルの建物も旧邸宅らしく、とても良かったです。

Struttura d’epoca che permette di vivere appieno l’atmosfera toscana. Le camere sono spaziose e offrono una splendida vista sulle colline. La colazione è essenziale ma adeguata. Posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro. Unico aspetto negativo: la presenza di numerose barriere architettoniche.

O estacionamento atendeu bem e era seguro. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo em Siena.

Ett äldre vackert hotell med bra läge och egen parkering. Väldigt charmigt och med massor av karaktär. Mindre barnvänligt. Bra frukost men utan det överdåd som annars är vanligt förekommande. Motsvarade våra förväntningar fullt ut. Skulle definitivt bo där igen!

Hotel excelente, com estacionamento próximo e sem ztl (avisar o hotel que está chegando paga fazerem a liberação do ztl) o atendimento é feito em vários idiomas. Ah, o café da manhã é excepcional!!!

Beautiful building. Clean and safe. Great breakfast buffet. Everything is in walking distance to hotel. One front desk staff member was not polite or welcoming but overall it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful, quiet and clean. Nice break from the bustle of Florence. Location is on the other side of the transition stop so get an uber if you have a lot luggage, otherwise it’s about a 35 minute walk if yo have a backpack. Because it’s on the other side, the hotel has a lovely garden with a view of the countryside. Breakfast was included and nice, including the well made cappuccino.

Excellent location, very clear instructions to get into the city for those coming in by car, a warm welcome by the staff, a super comfy bed and a great breakfast, what more could we ask for! All in all a great stay at the Palazzo.

hotel bem no miolo de Siena, dentro do muro, fácil de passear a pé. tudo limpo, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, água quente no chuveiro, kit higiene nos banheiros super cheirosos, café da manhã delicioso e funcionários eficientes e educados. amamos nossa experiência.

O hotel era lindo. A vista do quarto fantástica. O café da manhã muito bem servido e a equipe muito gentil. Ficaria novamente hospedado no hotel.

Hotel lindo, nos sentimos realmente em um belo Palazzo, muito bem decorado e cuidado, a recepcionista Francesca que nos recebeu, nos deu excelentes dicas da cidade e passeios e foi extremamente educada e solicita, quarto grande, confortável, elevadores, cafe da manha variado e gostoso, muito bem localizado, proximo as atrações, adoramos

Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.

Quarto confortável, banheiro também adequado, café da manhã honesto e facilidade do estacionamento, fazem a estadia muito adequada. Voltaria!!!!
