総合評価とレビュー Hampton Inn and Suites Valley Forge/Oaks

友人と仕事での利用。ツインベッドでオーダーしたのに、シングルベッド。フロントでクレームをしたら、「サードパーティーからの予約の場合ベッド数が保証されない」と言われました。その時にネットでホテルズドットコムのページを見たら、ツインの部屋がまだ売られていました。これは誰の問題なのでしょうか？

I only stayed one night for science fair that is taking place almost next door in expo center but very pleased with the place. Clean and friendly, decent options for free breakfast, my room - two queen beds was spacious, bathroom good size and clean. Overall great experience and definitely recommend. Great location, wawa, dunkin, starbucks and target just around the corner, super close to convention center.

Room had a clogged toilet and sink when we arrived. Staff unable to move us, They did fix the problem but it was not without some issues and a needed cleaning for the bathroom area.

We had to change rooms because it smelled of old wet dog. When we got into the next room it smelled of mold. My wife and I stayed here over 30 times and never had a problem like this before. Other than that its good but as of this moment I would be searching for a new hotel to stay at.

Perfect stay!!

Nothing spectacular and nice enough space. Friends had issue with cleanliness in their room and switched rooms twice. Breakfast wasn’t good, undercooked potatoes and eggs. Spend the money and go to Bob Evan’s next door

We stayed one night. The conditions were horrible. The closet header was falling. They upgraded to a bigger room but the cleanliness was terrible. Hair on the bathtub, broken vent in bathroom. You can tell they don’t wipe doors down, carpet had stains. We re never returning.

Booked a King bed and got downgraded to a queen.

Property was good due to a certain man that was always keeping everything ship shape. He was friendly and willing to help you anyway he could. I was impressed by his attitude. Not a lot of restaurant choices near by, but a short drive away. Very convenient to the interstate. Everything was great for me and I would definitely stay there again.
