Lovely but noisy bathroom

Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.). The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well served but might need some extra in the “health section” with more choices.

La habitación tenia bastante aroma a cigarro y era de no fumar. La cama no estaba muy cómoda. Creo que por el precio de la habitación se puede encontrar otro hotel mejor.

Fantastic staff and great location

Déçu par le rapport qualité-prix. Malgré un emplacement excellent, le prix des chambres est excessif au vu des prestations. Le mobilier est à revoir, les toilettes n’étaient pas fixées et bougeaient, et aucun chausson n’était fourni dans la chambre. En 4 jours, le ménage n’a été effectué qu’une seule fois. Le petit-déjeuner est très cher (14,95 € par personne) pour un choix très limité. Globalement, les prestations ne justifient pas le tarif demandé.
