早朝出発の為、1泊だけの利用。送迎シャトルは定刻で運行していたよう。社内も清潔で荷物の受け渡しも丁寧。

マリオット系らしくスタッフも洗練されていてチェックインの時から気持ちが良かった。 最初に割り当てられた１回の部屋のエアコンが少し具合悪そうだったので、申し出たら気持ちよく別の部屋に変えてくれた。 尋ねてきた孫にフロント横の売店でケーキとミルクを買って支払おうとしたら、スタッフに私のおごりだと言われたのには恐縮しつつ大変嬉しかった。 朝食もこの主のホテルとしては充実していた。

Wonderful

I was taking a shower in the morning of checkout at approximately 9:30 AM. When I got out of the shower, there was a housekeeping person sticking her head in through my front door of my room. Thinking that I was alone I walked out of the bathroom, completely naked, holding only a bath towel. I immediately called the front desk to ask if my room had been listed as checked out already, and the front desk girl told me no.

The decor could dtand refreshing, but it derved its purpose. A lit of nouse from upstairs that sounded like a kids track meet, but it was a nice stay

Customer service experience was a nightmare

The pillows are horrible. Flat and non supportive. When asked, the front desk said they didn’t have others or extras. Comfortable mattress but a roll of towels would have been more supportive

The staff were friendly and the room was suitable. However, during the Five day- five night stay we never had our beds made.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The women who prepared this meal were friendly, considerate, conscientious. We will not hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Denver!

No Hot water in shower

Ive stayed at many SpringHill Suites and frankly just wasn't impressed with this property. Their breakfast definitely needs to be improved. The eggs looked like powdered eggs, there weren't many options and frankly I just didn't love it here. I would rather stay at the DoubleTree across the road.
