お部屋の温度も良かったし、ベッドも布団も寝心地良かったです。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 フロントの方はとても親切で、ツアーの紹介もレストランの紹介もしていただき楽しい思いをすることが出来ました。タクシーの予約もしていただき助かりました。 レイキャビク散策もホテルから歩いて沢山しました。 帰りの便が早いため、朝食はクロワッサンとコーヒーをフロントで頂けるようになっていてそのクロワッサンが忘れられない位美味しかったです。とても良いホテルでした。

レイキャビクの繁華街に近く、HALPAも目の前で、ショッピングにもレストランにもコンサートに行くにもこのホテルの立地は最高。5台の無料駐車場に停められなかったら、近くにP3の駐車場があるのでこれも便利。部屋は広くないが綺麗。設備はライトの調整スイッチが壊れていたり、シャワーの勢いが少ない他、エアコンがない代わりの床暖房はかなり乾燥するので喉や肌の対策は必須。その意味で設備については評価を下げた。

Excellent hotel to stay in during your time in Reykjavik. Has all of the needs one would want and is conveniently located to a great many things, including tour activity meet-ups. Highly recommend!

Most of the staff are very friendly, some of them not that much. The Spanish ladies are so sweet, very professional and very kind all the time. The food is not good, breakfast must be more varieties, every day is the same food, the Hotel is very central for everything, but for sure need a full renovation, mattress are very uncomfortable, and in general the hotel is very old. Edition is much better, new, fresh and very luxury, but of course more expensive. You want to pay for less, this hotel is ok, you want to pay more with better amenities stay in Edition.

Exceptional staff...friendly and helpful. Bar offered a limited selection of food but nachos were huge and delicious. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with the variety and quality of food. Able to store our luggage easily for late day departure. Id stay here again without a doubt!

Excellent location

Our stay at Arnarhvoll was fantastic. Although we were invited to have breakfast and use the spa and rooftop bar facilities, we didn’t use them, so cannot comment. We were always out exploring Reykjavík but thankful to come back to a fab room with a big comfy bed, clean bathroom and the most amazing views of the Harbour, Harpa concert hall and across the bay to the awesome Esja mountains.

Het hotel doet wat het moet doen: een schoon bed, een nette badkamer en een rustige nacht. De kamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht en bieden voldoende comfort, maar zonder extra’s die het verblijf memorabel maken. Het ontbijt is prima, maar niet meer dan standaard – geen verrassingen of lokale specialiteiten. De service is vriendelijk, maar niet opvallend hartelijk. Alles verloopt correct, maar zonder persoonlijke touch. De locatie is handig genoeg, al is er weinig in de directe omgeving dat uitnodigt tot verkennen. Kortom: een degelijk hotel voor wie gewoon een plek zoekt om te overnachten, zonder verwachtingen van luxe of bijzondere sfeer. Prima voor een korte zakelijke trip, maar niet iets om speciaal voor terug te komen.

Room was very clean, though small - it was difficult to manage my large suitcase in the small room, as there really wasn't floor space for it and the luggage holder was not big enough for a large suitcase. Otherwise, it was a great experience - perfect location by the harbor, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff.

Clean, warm, comfortable room. In fact, so warm we had to open windows, even after turning the heating down. The view was superb, probably the best in Reykjavik. The only constructive criticism might be that there was nowhere to hang clothes, but there was ample space to leave both suitcases open, so not a big deal.
