殆どの従業員は熱心に働き、親切で愛想が良く、素晴らしかった。食事は複数レストランを利用可能だが、使用する食材の多くは同一のものであるとみられ、少々飽きた。 部屋が非常に不潔だった。枕とカーテンはカビが生えたり強烈な悪臭を放ち、ベランダの物干しは破損、水の流れないトイレ(深夜に自身でタンクの蓋を空け水を入れました)、シャワーヘッドのスタンドも破損。部屋をかえてもらった先でも、枕は悪臭を放っていました。

O caminho da recepção aos quartos é longo e por isso o hotel tem um transporte interno para auxiliar, mas vale a pena fazer o percurso andando também pois passa por vegetações de mangue, estando muito bem integrado a natureza!!

I enjoyed my time, room could use a bit of updating but i loved the property overall, especially the nature path and the birds on the premises. food was good overall.

Durante la estadía en este resort fue muy terrible son racista y clasista si eres hispano no te recomiendo que vayas principalmente si eres dominicano porque te tratan como si tu dinero no vale ni centavos lo único bueno fue la animación During my stay at this resort it was very terrible, they are racist and classist. If you are Hispanic, I do not recommend that you go, especially if you are Dominican because they treat you as if your money is not worth a cent. The only good thing was the entertainment.

viajamos del 1 al 4 de mayo de 2025. En términos generales, la propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones, las comidas y bebidas de buena calidad tomando en cuenta que es un todo incluido. (calidad y variedad buenas). El personal es muy amable, divertido y atento. El único inconveniente que tuve es que hubo una confusión con relación a la reserva que hice a través de expedia, lo cual acarreó un costo adicional. Actualmente estoy esperando el refund porque es un error entre expedia/hotel.

If you are looking for a resort that is quiet and family friendly, this is the one. It doesn’t get too rowdy at night, very relaxing. Staff are super nice and caring. Very clean, beautiful decor everywhere. Lots of food options. Went in a group of females in our 20s and we felt safe and had a lovely time.

We had a great vacation in this resort. People here are very nice and friendly, we always felt welcomed, safe and had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a very convenient location near the kid swimming pool. We were able to walk around easily. Food options with a lot of variety for the buffet, we were able to book 4 restaurants during our stay, El pilon restaurant was good! Our kid had a lot of fun in the kid swimming, beach, playing ping-pong , and walking to see the flamingos and peacocks.

The place is amazing! Very relaxing, great staff and service. Will visit again! The online pictures don't do justice to the place. If you are looking to relax, this is the place.

C’était parfait.

Everything is in new condition, nicely decorated. The nature walk to the lobby is full of wildlife( iguanas, ducks, peacocks, flamingo, turtles). Pools are good, some need some more shade and steps. Buffet is ok, restaurants have good food. Loved the ice cream and coffee shops. Beach has beautiful white sand, clean, no seaweed!

All of our sercice was top notch. Our kids had a blast, and they were amazing as we uograded to platinum. We will be back soon!
