部屋が広く、非常に快適に過ごせた。

フィットネスクラブが24時間使用できること、朝食の料理の種類が豊富なことがよいと思います。

夜分に隣の部屋から聞こえてくる大声（4～5人）が数時間続き、仕事はできない、寝れないで最悪。ホテルのレセプションに注意してもらうよう頼んだが、なぜかエンジニアがやってきて、”異常なし”と見当はずれのアクション。別に部屋の異常を調べてほしかったわけではないのに。結局、何もヘルプしてもらえず、一気にこのホテル印象が悪くなりました。

いつもながらの安定したサービスです。もう少し、レストランのメニューの種類があればよいのですが。

部屋は広く、快適だった。 但し、浴室は狭く、シャワーのみでバスタブもなく、囲いもシャワーカーテンのみで、水浸しとなってしまい、改善が必要と思われる。

高速入口が近いので、遠方の顧客訪問に便利だと思いました。

ホテル併設のピックアップサービスがあり、ホテル・各地への送迎・観光など自由にプランが組める。やや割高ですが、移動の足が車しかないサウジでは重宝します。 ホテルの設備も良く、かつフロントスタッフの対応してくれますので、滞在中に不便を感じる事はありません。

・車の手配、荷物の預かり等、申し分ありません。 ・朝食もバラエティがあってよかった。 ・部屋も十分（すぎるほど）広く、浴槽でもくつろげました。

The lobby is.a grand scheme the room and bathroom can be updated.

A disappointing experience that did not meet expectations. The hotel differs significantly from the photos presented. The furniture is noticeably worn and not clean, with visible stains on the sofas. There is also an unpleasant odor throughout the room. The bathroom curtains have a strong musty smell that is clearly noticeable in both the room and bathroom. The bed mattress and pillows are heavily worn and have lost their firmness due to extensive use. Overall, this was an experience that will not be repeated. Had circumstances allowed, I would not have continued my stay at the hotel.

Everything and I mean everything met our expectations, but Mr Ibrahim on front desk just took the service to a whole new level. A very well done to him and senior management should consider making a better use of his talent. Keep it up.

Amazing customer service by the Reception staff, especially Ibrahim, who went out of his way to help me book a travel ticket as I was not able to do so. He also kindly upgraded me to a suite, a very generous gesture. Even though I only stayed a night and couldn't use any amenities, I had a great experience and felt at home !

location and breakfast are good. Room furniture is very old Windows are very dirty. , I didn’t able to see the view

This is a great customer services place - from the front desk all the way to the breakfast staff. They are always smiling and happy to help.
