とても満足できる施設です。スタッフはフレンドリーでもあり、礼儀もあります。ロケーションも最高ですし、テラスから眺める海はすごく綺麗です。ずっとこのホテルに居たいと思いました。また街の中心にも近く、すぐ買い物にもいけるので、便利です。

6年前にも滞在して良かったので今回選んだ。当時と変わらずサービスが良かった。WiFiの環境は6年前より良くなってより速度もアップ！朝食メニューも豊富。夕食付きを予約したらちゃんとレストランに話も通っておりすんなり。チンクエ・テッレへの拠点としては穴場だと思うラパッロです。ポルトフィーノへの船もすぐ近くから出ます。

オーシャンフロントの部屋で、目の前にラパッロのシンボルのお城ときれいな海、港が見えました。 部屋は狭めだったが清潔で快適、スタッフも親切で感じが良かった。 ラパッロの駅も中心街もすぐそば。ポルトフィーノへの船の乗り場も近く、快適な滞在となりました。

テラス付きのシービューでしたが、目前にお城があり、ティグリオ湾が見渡せて素晴らしい眺めでした。ポルトフィーノまでも見えました。 部屋は広々としており、クローゼットも大きく、室内はリニューアルした感じで清潔でした。 朝食のレストランも景色が良く、オレンジを絞る機器があったので、フレッシュなオレンジジュースが飲めます。野菜も2種類程あり、卵やベーコン、ハムなどもありました。 ポルトフィーノへの船の乗り場も近くて便利でした。 駅も徒歩圏ですので、東リヴィエラを巡る拠点としてもお薦めです。

地中海に面した海水浴場やヨットハーバーのある保養観光地のホテルである。歴史が古く食堂にはかって有名だったイタリアの俳優や女優の写真が飾られている。朝食はビュッフェ方式で、野菜、果物、各種生ハム、チーズに加えて、普通のパンの他にケーキがあり、目の前に広がる地中海と青い空を見ながらのゆったりとした食事は、昔の貴族気分である。 レンタカーに乗り、ナビゲーションシステムを用いて、ホテルを探したが、海岸沿いの道を走ってきたら目の前にホテルがあり、非常に分かりやすい位置にある。ホテル前の駐車場に止められたので、駐車代は只であった。

Wonderful location, a lovely view and a warm welcome. But! Let's be honest! The rooms are small, poor sound proofing and any hotel charging €100+ per night should provide a proper bed! Not a metal bed frame (almost a camp bed) with a thin low quality mattress! After the first night of an uncomfortable sleep Reception said they would put 'another mattress topper' on the bed. They use a duvet, which is not a 'mattress topper'. On top of this there are 2 paper cups as the only drinking vessels provided and the plug sockets are 3 pins, first time I have seen that in Italy. So plugging things in is challenging. Breakfast is nice enough, lovely view. They obviously want you to eat and drink in the restaurant, which is fine but occasionally a drink on the balcony would be nice and they don't even give you more flimsy paper cups each day! They disintegrated within a day from a couple of uses, cleaning teeth etc!! It's a nice location, I think some odd cost cutting decisions have been made which give it a 'Budget Ibis' feel in my opinion more than comfortable hotel. I imagine Ibis have better beds!

Excellent stay! The staff here are top-tier - professional, multilingual, and very proactive with communication. Our comfort room was modern, but we spent most of our time on the balcony; that view is world-class! Good breakfast and a perfect location for day trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. Highly recommend this hotel as a clean and comfortable base for exploring the coast.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was close to everything (public beaches, supermarkets, etc.) The staff were super nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was great, staff were good and very helpful. It was self serve style, the breakfast room view was beautiful. We only had two days booked, but wished we had more time to spend at this hotel and Rapallo. It was a quick walk to get to the boats to Portofino and we had a gorgeous view with a castle from our room. Outside the hotel is a beautiful promenade to walk to restaurants and around the marina. We hope to visit again, when we come back to Italy the next time from Canada.

Camera singola molto pulita con letto piazza e mezzo Colazione nella media Al check-in mi hanno addebitato il costo che era stato già pagato alcuni gg prima ma poi alla mia segnalazione e’stato prontamente stornato

Personale gentilissimo. La camera era pulita, vista spettacolare. Unica cosa, è che si sentono abbastanza i rumori del corridoio e delle altre stanze. Il parcheggio non c'è.. ma per il resto ci siamo trovate benissimo. Il personale veramente molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie
