Et greit hotell for å bo i nærheten av Birmingham. Hun som tok imot oss var kjempehyggelig og hjelpsom. Men internett var utrolig dårlig, og tv’en bare «skurret». Og selv om jeg sa fra om dette så ble det ikke fikset. Standarden på rommene var helt greie.

Hotel was OK but they stopped serving food by 9pm on a Saturday

Food was awful, rooms where ok, tv was terrible as where the pillows. All staff where friendly but some didn’t know what they where doing. The air con in the restaurant is up far too high and makes the room freezing. Would not go back.

The cleaning service was horrible, the cleaner came in to make the bed but did not change the bed sheet, and rubbish was left on the floor. Everything else is okay, nice parking, nice front staff, room are nice.

Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. Breakfast however was really good, not a huge choice but what was available was good quality. Choose from Cooked sausage bacon eggs and beans, or toast, pastries, cooked meats, cereals fruit and yoghurt. Veggie items available on request. Black out curtains in the hotel were particularly good, almost missed breakfast it was so dark in the room thought it was nighttime still! Free parking. On morning of sabbath concert the staff all had their rock T-shirts on which was a nice touch!

Got there early as going to see Sabbath but paid and did the paperwork early Got back at 0130 and collected keys Unfortunately our twin rooms ended up being doubles! Reception apologised and gave us 2 extra rooms. So far so good On checking out though the receptionist tried to charge us for the said 2 rooms. Ok once I explained what was said in the early hours

Everything from check in to check out was great. Staffs were very kind especially the ones at the breakfast. Breakfast and the facilities were really good too.

Booked this late. Great value with breakfast included. Breakfast was excellent, sraff were friendly and helpful. Riom was clean, cool and comfortable. Will book again.

Amazing

This is a very basic hotel. They advertise with couch or chair but there is only a bed and desk the Wi-Fi did not work

Staff were great especially the receptionist; she could not have been more helpful.

We like this hotel as it's really well placed for us when we visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's been our go to place to stay for at least 4 years. 👍

Competitive price and friendly staff. Convenient for travelers with own cars.

Parking all full when I arrived and so had to park on side road by side of car park. It was unlit and felt very unsafe. I worried whether my car would get broken into. The room itself was satisfactory although a big dated. Chipped desk and scaling around shower and fittings. Perfectly adequate but that is all!

It was all I needed it to be.

The hotel was ok but the room’s definitely need some attention. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable at all which negatively impacted our sleep. The rest of the room is very basic but ok. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
