The room was clean, staff was nice and very helpful, we ate at the sports bar down stairs with the 50 dollar credit they gave us food was great we really enjoyed our stay it just was a little pricey

A/C and heat system is not well maintained. It did work and my family had to change room. Very hectic. Gaylord management paid us $100 for the inconveniences... after I was very unhappy with the experience and the unfriendly tone that the service people told us to move to the other room.

The room was clean and I was able to check in early. When I reserved the room, there were only king beds available. Upon check, I was informed I good get a room with doubles which enhanced my stay.

The ambience was excellent. There was a lot to do at the hotel and nearby. There was plenty of staff during check-in.

Great family-oriented property especially around Christmas we had a good time and will return.
