Bon service, chambre propre et bon matelas mais malgré le fait que l'hôtel (bloc A) soit assez récent on a l'impression d'être dans un très vieil hôtel, mur avec le plâtre fissuré, céramique sur plancher fissuré, salle de bain sans porte serviette et très mal divisé

Free parking was available, which was nice. I swear I read somewhere it was 5 minutes from the city, but it is probably more like 10-15 minutes from Old Quebec, depending on where you're going, which is not too bad. We opted for Uber or Lyft to avoid parking in the city. Not really walkable to anything though. The people working at the desk were very friendly and spoke English. The room was lovely and clean. We stayed for 3 nights; however, our room was never cleaned during the day. I am assuming it is a service we must request. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to request towels and toilet paper as we were running low. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room has an adjustable heater/AC unit, and we were able to stay comfortably.

Cute little hotel! Room was nice and had three chairs which we used. Nice they are pet friendly. Everyone friendly and helpful with places to eat. Close to sights. Would stay again.
