The pictures were very outdated for this resort. It was extremely expensive for what you got. The pool is blocked by the building, there are very limited chairs to sit at pool. The beach charges 55 per chair to sit. The rooms are a horrible color, outdated, horrible smell inside. Rethink your stay here

Worked out perfectly. Some things in the 3 bedroom apartment were a tad banged up but still fine

there was no maid service to replenish towels, coffee needs , general cleaning of room , the room was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived, we had sand all over the room from the beach every day , which some of it wound up in our bed , ceiling paint and spackle was falling onto the floor a/c was very loud coffee maker had problems brewing and the smell of marijuana every day and night. front desk not very knowledgeable we asked questions and they had no clue how to respond , check in ,we walked in and three people were at the desk and only one person could help us while there was a line , the two individuals just stood there doing nothing??? not very impressed with the hotel would not recommend it,

Nice spot got some of the best service

The front desk is nice and helpful ( Shalynn). Location is good, property is nice. Pools is clean. Only the beds is bad, it’s so saggy, squeezing noise.

The property is directly on the water, which can't be beat. There is also a mini golf course across the street which is included with your stay. There are several pools and a lazy river which is really nice and allows for options. The spa was also wonderful! This is definitely a dated property. I also wish the pools were facing the ocean and not the wall of the hotel.

The stay was ok but the room I stayed in had terrible problem with the moister and condensation we were wet and clammy the entire stay you could feel the slickness on the floor when you walked. Pieces of the ceiling were falling. Yesterday day when we were unpacking our clothes some still seemed to be damp. This was the only thing that dampened our stay.

Our Oceanside view was the best. Employees were very professional and helpful. Location was great as we didn’t have to uber very far for anything we wanted to see or do. Would gladly come back again. 4 day stay.

Service was not great. Never any towels at the gym. Come lunch time to towels for the pool. You cAht check in till 5 pm but they want you out by 10 am

Our stay here was ok....when we arrived the drive thru was shut down for construction so it made it a little inconvient to unload and transport your luggage to your room. When arriving in our room the floor was still wet. The curtain to the sliding door was half torn off. There was something nasty on the table and a empty mouthwash bottle in the bathroom. The noise from the construction was very disturbing when trying to relax at the pool. We made the best of our stay. Would probably stay again if we inspected the room first.

This is a really nice place with friendly and accommodating staff. The only gripe I have about this place is not having personal Accra the luggage carts. You were indirectly forced to use bell hop service in very unnecessary conditions.

It was ok didn’t stay long just the weekend we got bad weather while there so didn’t enjoy much of it

Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was amazing and was able to fulfill a request in the middle of a busy time of year. Parking was easy enough in the garage across the street for free or you can use the valet service for $30/night. Check in was smooth and got a few free ticket offer things. One being mini golf across the street that is only good before 7pm which would've been nice to know before we went, but not a huge deal. I'm sure it's inexpensive but given the options in the area, if I were to pay for mini golf it'd be one of the better ones. The room was tidy and had fresh sheets and all but really could use a deep clean for things like rusty bifold doors and dingey greenish caulk in the bathroom where you'd expect it. Water pressure left a lot to be desired but it was plenty hot enough. And a spot on the ceiling in the room about a foot square had the popcorn texture falling off onto our stuff when we walked in. Which staff offered to come address that and the water pressure so again I'd like to point out the staff was great. Our room was on the south side of the building and had a good view of the beach and also the road for good people watching. We didn't swim or use any of the amenities but we did go through the pool area and it seemed nice enough. The bar was just ok. And they auto add 20% to all tabs which is fine but not super noticeable. I'd probably choose a different location next time but it was overall a nice stay.

Comfortable and clean room. Having a washer and dryer in the room was very beneficial. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

This is our regular Myrtle hotel. I liked that we got one of the newly renovated rooms, the location is good and always plenty of parking. What I didn't like this time was there was no notice of work being done in the car area when checking in so everyone was on the street and there are NEVER any luggage racks in site, I think I have used one in three years of coming. I like that you get free putt putt but it closes at 7, so hard to get that in with hot weather, would be nice if stayed opens later. The one pool was empty of water which made it hard for areas to swim as other pool and little kids pool was closed as well but the next day the one pool was filled and with warm water, which is nice in the evenings, but also no notice to guest on arrival. Room is nice, hotel is clean especially considering it's Myrtle, full kitchens, can walk to several places for food and the beach is right there. Just know it might be hassle for loading and unloading.
