古いホテルで、由緒ある感じです。設備は古くメンテナンスも完璧とはいえませんが部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応もまずまずでした。

フットボール観戦後では夜遅く移動が困難と思われたのでホテルを探していてここに決めました。 大雨による被害で到着が遅れたため、市内観光は出来ず、本当にフットボール観戦だけで終わってしまったのが残念でした。 駅からも徒歩２，３分と近く、設備も十分。 次回チャンスがあればまた泊まりたいと思います。市内観光もしたいですね。

Friendly staff cleaners do a great job

Close to town center and easy access to transport

Room was horrible carpet well worn looks like it was last decorated in the 80's. Went to do a coffee in morning cups was stuck to tray and mucky round the rims so passed on that as for bed that was comfty but found a toe nail in it. Windows was shocking didn't know opened or not, so hot through our stay and one socket struggled getting kettle pluged in.

Property in need of a bit of TLC but clean and tidy

Only stayed one night found the hotel was a little tired in appearance. Unfortunately our room was above a thoroughfare in the precinct so was a little noisy. The staff from reception to Bar and Restaurant and cleaning crew where all very good happy and smiley. Quite a pleasant visit. If in Grimsby again will definitely use this Hotel

Needs new windows and carpets. You don't need carpets in the eating area. Carpets clean but stained - you need 80:20 wool carpets. Room nice, clean and spacious.

No complaints about the hotel or the staff but the surrounding area is like a warzone populated by drug addicts and drunks fighting and arguing all night. Couldn't close the window to block out the noise so had a really bad sleep both nights.

There is not ample parking at this hotel, luckily there is a car park nearby, pay and display. Hotel room was very dated but the bed was comfy.

Comfortable bed very helpful staff and reasonably priced

We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check-in, our room was plenty big enough fot the two of us, and the amenities were accommodating and easy to use.

Like my stay last year, the doors of adjoining rooms get slammed at all hours, so maybe adults need reminding by a sign on the doors to be thoughtful to others. The room was perfect, the view I wanted and paid for was better than expected. There is of course need for licks of paint and perhaps in room furniture in need of tlc or upgrade, but for me, it adds to the "age". If you want modern, go elsewhere but the price is reflective of the location, so all things being equal. I am satisfied with my stay.
