The staff at the front desk were welcoming and eager to please. The rooms were exceptionally clean! Beds were comfy. The entire property was in tip top shape. Breakfast staff were always cleaning the area and restocking. My grandchildren and I totally enjoyed the pool. I do not have one negative comment. If you are in the Fredericksburg area, this is where you want to stay!

Nice place to stay with family

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free morning breakfast was delicious and all day coffee available was very much appreciated. The parking outside was very easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is next to a broad array of shops/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The room was very new and decorated beautifully with a intentional concern for comfort.

I stayed here after my surgery and everyone was very accomodating. They have wheelchairs on site and made sure my room was close to the elevator. Clean, quiet and relaxing

Like all the other reviews, this is the best chain hotel in FXBG in all categories. The staff, the facility, the beds, all are above and beyond. We had a fantastic time and will be coming back. Please don’t change!

Wonderful night stay

When checking in, the woman behind the counter asked me how my day was going. I hear this a lot at places but she was sincere with a beautiful smile.

Very nice and clean

The stay was fine…HOWEVER.. I was quoted a price of $150 per nite…the second nite we were charged $180!!! If this is not remedied I will NEVER book thru you again! I called, emailed the hotel…they said it couldn’t be corrected by them “because we booked through a third party site!” Can you fix it??
