Excellent location and good service. Easy to a access to the local village for nice meals, and also easy to access the center of the town for shopping. Hotel is quite old but very quiet. The best was the breakfast in the morning as you can see beautiful horizon from the balcony.

fabriques(sheets on bed, towels)are new ,also the room is lovely.it is located central in sorrento. very convinient for go out to central or capri island (8min to pier on foot)but no space for parking if you don't callu to the hotel in advance and the wall in the room is thin so sometimes i woke up with noise from outside.but totally lovely hotel I think

I arrived late at night, on the bus from Napoli. I had no idea what to expect and even at 2300, the town was lively with tourists. I found the Hotel Regina quite easily, it wasn’t a long walk from the train station. And I felt safe the entire time. My room was cozy with all the amenities that I needed. I was grateful for the air conditioning. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious. I still think about the coffee that I enjoyed there. (I’m writing this in August). I had the pool to myself on several occasions. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. I cannot wait to go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night audit, Joseph was awesome. I needed to do laundry mid way through my trip and the turnaround time was quite quick. I was grateful, since I packed light. I look forward to my next trip in Sorrento and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Hotel Regina in Aug 2025. Close proximity to shopping/restaurants and marina. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was helpful with any questions and arranging private transportation to Naples. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this hotel and had a wonderful stay here, we wished we would have stayed for longer. The room was beautiful with lovely touches- slippers and toiletries. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. We would love to return again. Great location and close to everything. Thank you!

Excellent hotel in very convenient location in Sorrento. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and Marina Grande. The staff provided excellent service, the breakfast provided in the morning was a tasty buffet on the 4th floor with an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius and the sea. The AC worked very well thank goodness because it was very hot outside during our stay. We were there four nights and very pleased with our choice. They also arranged airport pickup for us from Naples which went smoothly. The hotel has an elevator.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Hotel clean. Relaxing. Staff very nice, rooftop bar amazing. Only little niggle was the steos to get into pool very slippery, you have to be very careful. Perhaps a non slip step would be safer for all. Also the handles were burning hot 🔥 it was difficult to get out so not sure what can be done. But if was scary getting in and out! But would recommend this hotel

I have just completed a stay here and I have to say the Hotel is in a fabulous location enroute to Marina Grande it has a beautiful breakfast terrace with stunning views of Vesuvius and the bay a gorgeous rooftop bar to watch the sunsets and a peaceful and relaxed pool for bathing and sunbathing I would love to recommend this hotel but sadly for 5 of our 7 days there the incredibly loud live music screaming and shouting on the microphone until 11.45pm and sometimes in the afternoon from the wedding venue hotel right opposite completely ruined the whole experience Without this it would have been a strong recommend but sadly this was just awful I for one would never have paid this amount of money to be subject to this level of noise more Benidorm than Sorrento sadly and that is why I cannot recommend this hotel its such a shame so if booking this please beware weddings take place almost everyday here and that includes the music.

Great location! The staff were incredible and has one of the best 360 rooftop patios where you should watch the sunset and sip a nice beverage!
