We stayed here 3 years straight and we always feel comfortable.

La chambre était propre, l’accueil était courtoise, bémol. Par contre, l’eau chaude était pas mal brune, il fallait leur faire couler un bout de temps pour qu’elle redevienne claire. Très déçu que le bain tourbillon ne fonctionne pas, ce qui semble être produit il y a longtemps, car on a vu des commentaires révéla cet inconvénient sur Facebook.

Très satisfait.

Arrêt entre 2 destinations. Correct sans plus pour 1 nuit. Établissement pour dormir sans plus. La piscine et le spa était bien, mais manque un peu d'entretien.

Nice and clean

The two ladies who worked the front desk at check in were very hospitable. The pool is definitely my kids favorite thing about the hotel aside from the breakfast. We enjoyed the room (although, we just used it to sleep in mainly). I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids travelling. My family and I have stayed here a few times now. We plan on coming back again as we travel alot to Quebec.

C’était bien! Il y avait un peu de bruit dépassé 22:00 mais somme toute c’était bien!

Good points. Staff were great. The pool and water slide was a hit with the children. Plenty of parking. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The electric heat worked great. Good lighting in bathroom. Lots of hot water. The continental breakfast was well stocked with cereals, bread/toast, yogurts, juices and 24 hour coffee and hot water. There was an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Also there was a mini fridge and microwave. Room for improvement. They have a couple of electric plug-ins (type 1) at the side of the hotel which is normal house current. For most EVs this takes a couple of days to fully charge. They should install at least type 2 chargers. Main part of room was lit only by lamps and was a bit dark in the evening. No room darkening shades so it was bright in the room in the daytime. Fridge took a while to chill food. In summary, I liked this hotel and would go back!

Parking easy access. There is a Tim next door and a variety of restaurant. The room are nice
