ポットでお湯を沸かし、熱いお茶やコーヒーでゆったりと時間を過ごすことができた。部屋の窓は、クラウン工法で製造された丸いガラスと、吹き円筒工法で製造されたゆがみガラスがステンドグラス風になり、絵とあわせて目の保養になった。

クラッシックな、雰囲気のあるホテルでした。が、少し暗い印象を持ちました。 サービスはいたって普通です。 悪くはありませんが、特別良くもありません。

初めてのブルノでしたが立地がよく、スタッフも親切でした。4泊しましたが快適でした。

委託している清掃業者と契約の見直しが必要

旧市街の便利な立地。クラシックな装いのホテル。 307号室に泊る。キーホルダーは玉が付いて重い。レセプションとは別棟のようでレストランの奥のエレベーターを利用。 廊下は真っ暗。ドアを開けて廊下に入ると人を感知して照明が点く。古いんだか新しいんだかわからない。 部屋は広くはない。天井が高くて絵がもっと上手に描けていればすばらしい。 ガラス瓶に飲料水。 コーヒーメーカーは自分で豆をセットして利用するタイプ。エスプレッソは美味しいが有料。コーヒー50CZK。 一人用ソファのセット、ライティングデスクとチェア。エアコン冷蔵庫TV、無料WiFi。部屋にくず物入れがない。浴室のみ? ファーニチャーは収納十分だがハンガーはバーが前後ろの方向で使いにくい。 浴室はバスタブ付。ハンドシャワー。スチーム暖房が入るタイプだから冬は暖かく洗濯物がよく乾くだろう。タオル掛けのぐらぐらとか経年化がみられる部分もある。 フロントは親切で尋ねればちゃんと答えてくれる。 夜は表通りの音楽が聞こえてくる。防音は今一つ。

歴史を感じさせる古風でシックなホテルでした。 フロントの方は皆、親切でフレンドリー、しかし上品といった感じで､とてもすがすがしい気持ちになりました。チェコの滞在の中（5箇所）、最も思い出に残る好印象のホテルとなりました。 室内は古いながらも清潔、水回りは新しく、朝食もおいしく、快適な2泊となりました。

天井の装飾が素敵なホテル。洒落たホテルがお好みならココ。料金も高くない。（但し、ホテルのホームページでの予約の料金は高い。）バスタブつきがウレシイ。アメニティのシャワージェルで泡ブクブクにして浸かりました。朝食は4つ星にしては少し物足りない。 チェコのホテルでは普通なのでしょうが、廊下の電気は自動センサーで人の動きを感知しないと点灯しない。真っ暗な廊下の中に入るのはやはり感じ良くない。少し歩くと点灯しますが。 スタッフは親切ですが、素人さんという感じ。部屋にはゴミ箱がなく、洗面台の下にステンレス製の蓋つき「汚物入れ」がひとつあるだけ。不要になったパンフレットやペットボトルを捨てるための部屋用のゴミ入れを請求したら、ステンレス製「汚物いれ」をもう一つ持ってきてドンと机の脇に置いてくれました。優雅な部屋にマッチしないこと甚だしい。立地は青果市場の脇で便利。全体としては大変満足です。

アンティークなホテルだが、設備は整っており、快適でした。朝食がおいしく、従業員も非常に親切でした。ホテルの場所がわかりづらく、スーツケースを引いて、大分迷いました。もう少し、ホテルの看板がわかりやすければと思いました。

ブルノでの観光の拠点として滞在させていただきました。 お部屋、アメニティ、調度品など大変素晴らしく快適に滞在できました。 ホテルの近隣にはレストランや小さなスーパーのようなお店もあり大変便利です。 また、徒歩で色々なところを観光できる位置にあり、次回も利用したいと思います、

とても良いホテルでした。設備・立地のわりに値段も高くなく、スタッフも親切でした。日本人観光客にとっては、お湯のためられるバスタブやスリッパがあったというのも高ポイントです。ぜひまた行きたいホテルです。

駅に近く、旧市内散策に利便性良い、朝食レストランはこじんまりしているがインテルや内容は充分、室内は暖炉やステンドガラス、天井等に趣がありチェコの古き良さを感じるホテルで満足した。

駅から歩いて５から１０分、観光地である自由広場にも近いホテルです。スーパーマーケットにも近い。 朝食は、温かい料理から冷たいもの、果物もあり豪華です。 目的地までどういったらいいかわからなかったのですが、ホテルの人が、路面電車の乗り方や、降りる駅まで丁寧に教えてくれました。 隣がバーで、若者が騒いでいますが、それほど気になりませんでした。 内装がロマンチックです。

16世紀に出来た建物のようで、メルヘンチックさと重厚な歴史観の融合している様はハンパない。

To start off, the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room at all. No towel change, no sheet change, nothing. She also locked me out after she was done cleaning and I had to get a spare key. The receptionists where the most frustrating and unhelpful part of my stay. On the fourth night of my stay here, my family and I (as well as many other guests at the hotel) where woken up by a loud banging noise. The banging continued on and when I confronted the recpetionist about the noise, she claimed not to have heard anything. The recpetionists behavior was notibky very strange at this time, so possible intoxication and/or substance use is a possible scenario here. Further into the night, the banging noise only persisted and we had no other choice but to go and figure out what or who was causing the disturbance since the receptionist was of no help at all. The cause of the disturbance were guests of the hotel that got locked out of the hotel entirely due to the receptionist not opening the entry door for them. (At this point there was no staff around, including the receptionist). The front door was completely locked, giving no entry points to those going in and out of the hotel. Police had to be called, and eventually after 2 hours the recprionist was found asleep in one of the rooms.

I stayed at the Royal Ricc on my first trip to Brno, and I would gladly return. It had plenty of old world vibe, and the location (right in the old town) could not have been better. The hotel was also well located for restaurants and sightseeing, and was close (about a 10 minute walk) to the train station. Brno is a really lovely city, and this hotel provided a really nice place to stay.

This was an amazing and interesting property, the picture panelled ceiling and stained glass corridors made for a special stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The proximity of the hotel, close to the market square and lots of shops and restaurants added to the convenience. We arrived by train which is also a short walk away. Having been away nearly 4 weeks now, it’s always good to have chosen such a delightful place to stay. Highly recommended.

The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the price of this hotel room in Brno. Frankly speaking, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Awful experience!
