Great place will be returning

I guess everything was alright, but... the neighbors we had were so load pounding music til 3 am. We couldn't sleep at all. Also the breakfast was horrible for paying that amount of money to stay.

It's a place to take a good rest, the area is quiet. You have several food options and spectacular rooms. A very good place to get away from the routine.

We spent the best romantic birthday weekend here and it was the most beautiful getaway oasis we've ever experienced! We will definitely be back.

I loved everything about the room except the no mirrors on the ceiling. Also I didn’t like how I didn’t get my full refund.

Nice suite, especially for couples. Great area as well. I can’t wait to come back!

Good place

Room was so limited area wasn't comfortable for eating. They even offered breakfast in the morning that was even worse. No breakfast area. Ill never go back here for the price i paid. I rather go somewhere else

The water in the shower was freezing cold! Was moved to a smaller room!

Clean room, comfortable bed, great size bath and shower, perfect for an evening getaway or a quick roll in the sheets.

My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times in the past few months. Came again to use the steam shower. Walking into the room the floors were freezing cold. Turned on the heat, but the floor never warmed up. Got settled in and undressed. We were ready to go into the steam shower, but the steam unit did not work properly. Called multiple times to tell them about the issues and asked to change rooms, but he said it was fully booked so that wasn’t an option. Told them we would even pay more for a different room or upgrade that night or another night. The man told us to talk to someone in the morning. We understand it was cold outside and things happen, but they did nothing to remedy the situation just thanked us for letting them know. Felt like no one cared about the situation. Shouldn't rent a room with frozen floors. With the amount of money I’ve spent here I am extremely upset and disappointed. We would love to be repeat customers and do business with the hotel, but I can't speak positively or recommend this hotel to anyone without some remedy for the experience that night.
