クラクフの中心に位置し、立地が素晴らしい。教会のラッパの音が聞こえるくらい。 また、スタッフのホスピタリティも良かった。夜、子供がベビーベッドを汚してしまったが、夜にもかかわらず対応してもらった。 設備も申し分ない。ペントハウスは広くて快適だった。装飾もゴージャスだった。

マーケットスクエアに近く、どこに行くのも便利です。 ホテルスタッフも親切でした。 お部屋も清潔で、お掃除も行き届いています。 空港までのタクシー手配をお願いしたのですが、メーターが壊れていると言われ、通常より高い料金を請求するドライバーでした。 5ツ星でこのようなタクシーを手配するのはどうかと思います。

中央広場の近くにあってどこに行くにも便利、5スターらしくお部屋も広くゆったりとしていました。朝食もバラエティに富んでいて満足です。クラクフに来たらまた泊まりたいです。

とても便利な立地のホテルです。ホテルスタッフの対応はとても良く、英語が通じます。部屋の広さも十分できれいでした。朝食もとてもおいしく、たくさんの種類がありました。往路はクラクフ空港から復路はクラクフ駅からでした。1泊でしたが充実しました。

町の中心、聖マリア教会のすぐそばのホテルです。どこへ行くにも便利。客室は多くありません。クラシックで落ち着いた部屋です。バスルームや洗面も使い勝手はよかったです。客室にサービスで置いてあるホテルオリジナルの紅茶がとても美味しかったです。

friendlyで良いが、レストランのメニュウがｉｔａｌｉａｎにやや偏っている。 鍵が重厚すぎるのか、一つしか渡されないので不便。

とにかくロケーションが素晴らしい。駅からも徒歩圏。文句ありません。

スイートに宿泊、この値段でこんなに素晴らしいお部屋に泊まれるか、という感じ、部屋は二つ、一つ目の部屋には壁画が。バスルームは普通ですが、大理石、掃除の方が新人だったので、水やティッシュが補給されないことがありましたが、本当に快適に過ごせました。立地も最高、朝食は含まれないそうですが、近くにカフェキャメロットという感じのよいカフェが９時から空いており、そこで朝食を食べるのが良いと思います。アウシュビッツは重かったのですが、クラクフは素晴らしい街でした。一度は訪ねてください。

Pretty good

Great location, friendly staff. Enjoyable stay, center of the Market Square but very quiet. A boutique hotel located in a 1514 circa building. A lot of great atmosphere. This is not a 5-star Dubai hotel, with comforts or accommodations, but I would recommend it.

Amazing hotel

Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.

A great hotel in a great location, right on the main square. Walking distance to all main sights, restaurants etc. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was a little limited for a hotel pitching at this level but the ala carte menu and staff flexibility to make changes was good.

Sehr schöne Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Charming, stylish and very clean hotel. The friendliest staff. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant Amalia was really tasty and varied. A strong recommendation also for the A'la Carte restaurant and the wine list, from which we enjoyed a few times with dinner drinks. We would love to come to this hotel again!

Terrific room at a very reasonable rate with first rate, friendly staff and perfect location right on the city square.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the Old Town . Beautifully restored and preserved property . Everything you might expect from the top rated hotel . Can’t wait to come back here and spend few days in wonderful Krakow !
