リクエストしたのに、バスタブがなかったので、そのことを言うと、明日の朝、部屋を変える　とのこと。が、明日の朝、フロントに責任者がいるので、彼女に聞いてくれ　と言っていたみたい。 結局、シングルルームだからか、バスタブ付の部屋はない　とのことだった。それなら、事前にメールの返事がほしかった。

玄関から廊下まで赤い絨毯が敷かれた絢爛な造りのホテルです。パルテノン神殿やゼウス神殿まで歩いて5分ほど。地下鉄の駅も近く便利なロケーションでした。スタッフは温かく、困っていることはないか常に気を配ってくれました。アメニティーはシャンプー、ボディーウォッシュ、シャワーキャップ、固形石鹸などです。朝食は種類が豊富で素晴らしく美味しいです。道路に面した部屋だったので、うるさかったのだけが難点。

地下鉄に近いので空港に行くのは便利です。観光スポットにも歩いて行ける、スーパマッケトとレストランは近くに何軒も有って便利です。ホテルの朝ごはんは美味しいです

全員ではないが、フロントの対応が横柄。朝食はビュッフェスタイルだが、出てくる果物の多くは腐り始めていた。建物の入り口から、フロントまで階段で１０段はあり、またそこからエレベーターまで１０段ほどあるので、自分の荷物を１階から１階半分くらい引きずって上がるようになっている。疲れて到着すると面食らいます。このホテルをお薦めはできません。

Easy access from Syngrou-Fix metro staition. Just a couple blocks away from the station. We had a good stay in this hotlel just before Christmas. Kind staff, clean room, and good air conditioner.

市内中心地の観光スポットへは徒歩圏内。 レセプションの人も親切でしたが間違った情報を教えられ不便でした。例えば、教えてもらった美術館の開館時間がサマータイムで結局観られなかったり、空港までの深夜利用のタクシー料金が昼間の金額で準備していた現金が足りなくて結局運転手さんに迷惑をかけてしまったり。 市内の売店やあちこちで見かける警察官も同様に正確な情報は知らない（気にしていない)ようで、限られた時間で見逃したくない場所については直接問い合わせたほうが良いようです。

Good location but the facility is old.

Bed Bugs, No elevator, filthy, bathroom sink clogged up. When we showed them our bed bug bites they could care less. Said bed bugs were in every hotel. Stay away from this hotel! Would not adjust our bill Aldo very noisy!

The guy at the check in counter was so rude. To the point of talking down to myself and others we were with. The breakfast was decent. The shower had no water pressure. The area is close to plaka which is good for eating. I wont be staying here again.

Great location- walking distance to the Acropolis, PLAKA, shops, cafes etc. Breakfast was good…. CHRISTOS at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us with our luggage and gave us tips on places to eat that were close by. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

I had a nice stay for one night. My only issue was that there were noisy people in the hallway very early in the morning that woke me up, but sometimes this is life. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Falta renovação total, banheiro péssimo, quarto pequeno e antigo, como todo o hotel, atendimento na recepção nada gentil e café da manhã bem fraco . Único ponto positivo é a localização . Mas não neutraliza os pontos negativos

Our experience at this hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever had. The room was in poor condition: the bathroom mirror was cracked, the shower door didn’t work and had visible buildup, and there were disgusting yellow stains behind the sink. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the entire place smelled like a mix of old furniture and bleach. What made things even worse was the unwelcoming attitude at reception. I don’t know the name of the woman who was there during the day (she seemed to speak Russian), but she was consistently cold and unfriendly. When I asked for an iron, she just asked my room number with a look of annoyance. Later, when I returned because the iron didn’t work, she silently took it, got a new one from the storage behind her, and handed it to me without saying a single word. No apology, no basic courtesy. Just more attitude. We’ve never felt more unwelcome at a hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is located very conveniently near most of the major sightseeing attractions. Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was excellent.

Great location, near of many atracciones, breakfast was fine, staff was very helpful. Mario and Bill were very helpful and friendly, help us scheduling the tours and transportation to the airport. The downside is the TV cable

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean. Small but functional. Great value.

2 cafards trouvés dans la salle de bain. En appelant la réception, un homme passe dans la chambre. Il prend une de nos 2 serviettes (il laisse en même temps son mouchoir sale sur notre lit), il attrape le cafard et l'écrase dans notre serviette. La serviette a été emmenée et jamais remplacée, pas de changement de chambre proposé et évidemment pas d'excuses ou de remise commerciale.

The hotel staff were welcoming and there was a decent free breakfast. However the facilities are very old, which was expected for the cost of the rooms. The main problem was that we had bed bugs in both rooms (we were moved once we notified the receptionist). The location is good for the price also.
