歴史的な建物をホテルに改装したアットホームで快適なホテル。部屋とロビーの内装が素敵でした。特に朝食やウェルカムドリンクをいただくテラスが最高でした。またスタッフの方もとても親切でした。また宿泊したいです。

是非オススメしたいホテルです。清潔で、インテリアの趣味も素敵。何よりスタッフが最高です❗ 私の拙いフランス語を何とか理解しようと、そしてアドバイスを何とか伝えようといつも真剣に向き合ってくれました。 ホテルの場所も静かな環境で言うこと無し。もちろん、ビアリッツの中心街もGradePlageも散歩がてらに行ける距離。朝食も素敵なテラスで頂けます。敢えて言えば、wifiがちょっと弱いかなぁ…でもたいした問題ではありません。私の部屋にはバスタブもあってくつろげました。是非また泊りたいホテルです❗

We had a really nice pleasant stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, cheerful. The breakfast was tasty, although the variation was limited, it is understandable as the Covid situation. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

思った通りの可愛いクラシカルなホテル 水周りも快適で清潔感あり使いやすく良かった ポット冷蔵庫ありスリッパはありません 小さいですがテラスがあり朝の気持ちの良い空気を感じられ自分の部屋のようにリラックスできました コンセントがデスク前にあるとなお良かった 邸宅だったので隣？上？の音が良く聞こえました すごく気にはなりませんでした ステキなホテルでまたお願いしたいです

時間が早かったにもかかわらず、チェックインでき助かった。 日本式3階の部屋まで階段を登らなくてはならなくて大変だったが、部屋は広く清潔で快適だった。 バスタブ付きがありがたかった。 窓から、街と海が見え、すばらしい景色と雰囲気を満喫できた。 コーヒー、紅茶と湯沸しセットがあり、テイクアウトしたマカロンやガトーバスクを美味しく頂けた。 朝食は、ポットのコーヒーか紅茶、ポットのミルク、カラフェのオレンジジュース、ガトーバスクやガトーショコラ、パン、シリアル、ハム、サラミ、チーズ、ドライトマト、ドライフルーツ、ヨーグルト、ゆで卵、梨、オレンジ、りんご、ブドウなどのブュッフェ。 クロワッサンはスーパーの袋入りのもののようだったが、他は美味しかった。 とくにドライフルーツがとても美味しく、買って帰れたら良かったと思いました。 海岸や街の中心まで歩いてすぐで、Les Halles はまっすぐ一本道。 家族経営のようで、姉妹と父親が代わる代わる担当しているよう。 妹が愛想良く、とても感じが良かった。 朝早く散歩にでて戻ると、玄関がしまってることがあった。 レストランの予約をしてもらえ助かった。 チェックアウト後、2日荷物を預かってもらえ助かった。 とてもいい時間を過ごせ、満足している。 リピートしたい。

お部屋のインテリアが素敵にコーディネートされていて、朝食(有利)も美味しかったです。町歩きにも便利な場所です。

Absolument enchantée Un hôtel magnifique, à la décoration sublime, véritable cocon de douceur. L’accueil est chaleureux et Ambroise a le don de la bienveillance, du sens du contact et de la gentillesse. Les chambres sont très belles, le décor est raffiné et le mobilier de grande qualité. Les petites attentions ne manquent pas, et le petit déjeuner est délicieux et qualitatif. Un immense merci à Ambroise ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel, tous aussi agréables et attentionnés. Je n’ai qu’un seul regret : n’y être restée qu’une seule nuit ! J’espère avoir le plaisir d’y revenir très bientôt. ✨

The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was carrying our luggage up a couple of long flights of stairs. (no elevator in this older building) I noticed that help was offered to several other people checking in, and was curious about that.

Such a lovely stay! The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! The hotel is lovely and really well maintained with a nice boutique feel. The breakfast was delicious and all using local produce! The location was also great, everywhere within easy walking distance. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

L’hôtel a un style que nous aimons beaucoup. C’est propre, ça sent bon dès la porte automatique franchie. La déco est soignée. Seuls bémols, pas très importants, les chambres sont équipées d’une bouilloire. En revanche les seules prises disponibles ne sont pas assez hautes pour la brancher. Nous avons été obligés de la mettre sur le chevet à chaque fois que nous souhaitions l’utiliser. De plus, les lavabos sont presque plats. L’eau a très vite fait de passer par « dessus bord ». Ce ne sont vraiment que des petits détails. Cela ne gâche en rien le charme de cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons.

Beautiful

L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est chaleureuse et apaisante. Nous avons adoré les espaces communs et la localisation de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner offre des choix très variés avec des produits locaux frais. Le personnel est sympathique et s'ajuste bien à sa clientèle. Nous avons participé au cocktail du samedis organisé par l'hôtel, ce qui nous a donné l'occasion de faire des rencontres intéressantes.
