窓のない部屋。空港までの距離もないのに、空運送迎高すぎです。

フロントスタッフにより対応の差がありすぎました。 2人組でエアポートに向かうため、送迎の手配をお願いすると、一台なのに、2人分の送迎代を請求されました！結果払いました。 他のホテルではそんなことありませんでした。改善すべきです。

窓はないがあったら騒音で眠れないだろう。 慣れると過ごしやすい。

窓無しの部屋に宿泊。初日は窓無しに抵抗があったが、窓がある場合、外の騒音で眠れなかったかもしれない。 結果、窓無しで正解。 朝食、ジム設備は充実している。 スタッフのサービスも良い。

スタッフ全体を見れば中程度の対応でしたが、何人かのフロントスタッフの対応は素晴らしいサービスマインドを感じる事が出来ました。部屋の変更を希望した際にも、各部屋の内覧後、明確な料金提示が有り安心出来ました。また、スパやジムも対応が良く内容も充実しています。笑顔が多く、経営者もしくはマネージャーの指導が良いと感じました。 今回初めてのダッカ出張でしたが、次回は別ホテルに宿泊しこのホテルの評価を 改めてしたいと思います。

窓なしの部屋でしたので、息苦しいかと思いましたが、とても快適で、むしろ窓付の部屋では外側の道路から聞こえる車のクラクションなどの騒音でかなりうるさいと思います。

2/16~2/21にお世話になりました 暑い国なのでホテル全体が冷房利きすぎな感じです 部屋は安い部屋だと窓がありません 歯ブラシなし お湯はちゃんと出ます 洗面台が小さく物が置けない 朝食はおいしいですが、毎日同じようなメニュです 湯沸しポットありませんでしたが、言うと持ってきてくれました 日本語テレビはなし 日本語ＯＫ従業員います 最終日18：00でのチェックアウトを前日言いましたが、伝わっておらずトラブル状況 値段の割にあまりよくありません

朝ごはんがとっても美味しかったです。立地条件もいいし、英語がとても上手に話せるスタッフも多数いました。 次回もまた泊まりたいです。ただ室内はすこし冷房がよく効いていました。お風呂はきれいですしトイレもきれいです。

​I am extremely frustrated with my recent stay at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. Despite paying for my entire stay in full well in advance I was still forced to provide a cash deposit upon arrival. The front desk staff explicitly assured me that this deposit would be refunded immediately during my checkout process. ​However when I went to check out the story completely changed. They failed to return my money as promised and offered nothing but excuses. It has been incredibly difficult to get a straight answer from management and I am still waiting for the funds that are rightfully mine. ​It is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber to hold onto a guests money after a verbal and written agreement to return it. This lack of integrity and poor financial transparency has completely ruined my perception of the establishment. I would strongly advise future travelers to be wary of their deposit policies and look for a hotel that actually honors its commitments to its guests.

The rooms were really clean and I really enjoyed it! Its was excellent! And the owner was awesome!

Smelly and noisy room!

Staff was extremely customer service oriented. Everyone made it easy for we mono-lingual Americans in that they all spoke good English. Close to airport. Room clean and nice fruit basket provided. We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended!
