湖と山を見渡せる高台にある居心地の良いロッジ。中心街からは10分ほど坂を上らないとならないが、夜には往復とも送迎してくれるので不便は感じなかった。夜は静かで街の灯りから少し離れているので星空がきれいで、朝は湖と山並みの向こうから昇る朝日が素晴らしいです。 スタッフはとても親切です。一度夜遅くに翌日チャルテンへの往復送迎を手配出来ないかと相談したら、朝一にツアー会社に連絡してくれ、送迎車の手配をしてくれました。

ホテルのサービス、ロケーションともに申し分なく、非常に満足でした。おすすめです！！

Ubicación regular, está como a 5 calles del centro de subida aunque tiene transporte con costo razonable, desayuno aceptable, check out muy temprano y eso complica, tiene algunas deficiencia pero el precio es bajo.

I stayed here based on the good reviews on Hotels.com. I was not disappointed. The breakfasts are excellent and include cooked to order eggs/omelets and they are well prepared. Everything else is self service. Their coffee is nice and strong. On the hotel description it shows “laundry facility“ which indicated to me that they have a laundry machine room that I could use. However, they only provide laundry service. The price is reasonable, but I prefer to do my own laundry. I recommended they update that description to state “laundry service“ instead. The most memorable part of my stay was the assistance at the front desk. They will exchange foreign currency for a very fair rate and they will book excursions for you, which was very helpful to me. If you want the best of view of the mountains at the distance, then book a “ superior room“ on the website. And finally, this hotel is located a few blocks south of Main Street. It is an easy walk downhill to town, but walking back uphill may be difficult for some. They do offer a reasonably priced shuttle service for several hours each night if you need one. I do recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel but the walls of the rooms are to thin and you could hear the neighbors talking and their alarm clock woke me up. Very good breakfast and very attentive staff

The property was average. Breakfast was included and excellent. Dinner at hotel was good. The property is not walkable into the town, which is what we had hoped for. Though it’s only a two dollar taxi ride to and from town.

Four/five long blocks to downtown, and I appreciated the walk to and from downtown area. Spacious, clean rooms! Bed was fine - not terrible, not that comfortable. No recycling option in the room or obviously in the property. Extremely limited options for vegan breakfast. Staff was v friendly, and very interested in when I would be out of my room.

Overall it’s good, but we don’t think the price is fair for what we see on Expedia/Booking. We found much better and modern options at a cheaper price… the room was really hot and without possibility to open windows. The breakfast was good!

Room was not clean. No hot water. WiFi did not work. Shuttle left us stranded in town and the hotel did not respond to calls or messages. Staff did not utilize English.
