基本は最高です。1/1カウントダウンはピーチビューの部屋から花火が観ることもできました。 ただ朝10時前後はエレベーターが満杯で、まったく降ることができなかったのだけ大変でした。

歩けばすぐ海があり、食事できる場所があり、買い物できる場所がある。まさにリゾート地。 エレベーターが激混み。注意。

★staffs are friendly and very helpful. I arrived at hotel too early, but they let me in my room (room is on 25th floor!) I love the view from my room and had a great time in hotel. ★ I made a reservation of non-smoking doble room, but my room was asmoking twin room. But, a staff told me it was good room and I can change my room if I do not like it. I love the room so that I did not care about it, but it depends on person. (someone may think it is not good ) Anyway, I love this hotel and I do recommend this hotel to my friends!!Thanks a lot!!!

Hotel staffs were so kind. And nice location. Close to the beach and the tram station.

朝食付きで泊まりましたが、街中の下手なレストランより美味しかったです。 季節風の為なのか？、モヤがかかっていましたが、海も眺められるのでオススメします。

Great food and service throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir & Nani. The tours desk was also excellent in putting together the itineraries. The only thing was the area around can sometimes be noisy in the evenings with the volume of traffic going through. Apart from that our stay was very pleasant and we would consider staying there again!

Everyone in the staff was super helpful. The location is great. They offer free shuttle service to/from the mall of emirates which is very convenient and saved me ~300 AED that otherwise I would have paid for taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing and all the amenities were very good.

Dear Amwaj Rotana Team, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the incredible staff at Amwaj Rotana, and especially to Basit, Kelass, Vector, Osama, Nasveen, and Dobbee, for their swift and compassionate action in locating my 80-year-old mother Luiza when she went missing on the beach. Thanks to your prompt response and care, she was found safe and sound within 10 minutes. Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for the way the entire hotel team responded to my concern. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern brought us immense comfort in what could have been a very distressing situation. A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful city of Dubai for being such a safe and welcoming place. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday—her heartfelt wish was to visit Dubai, a city she dearly loves. This experience has made our stay even more meaningful. Good place to stay, with direct access to pool and walking distance to sea beach. Quick services from guest service desk.

This was out third time staying at this hotel. The service is first class and the staff go above and beyond. The buffet breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Wiam who gifted us a dinner voucher to use at the hotel as there was a slight delay in preparing our room. We didn’t mind as the staff were so accommodating and we could see they were genuinely busy. Really enjoyed our stay here, dinner at the Horizon was amazing with plenty of choices. So glad we booked this after a 5 nights stay at the Jumeirah Beach hotel and can confidently say, we had a better time at Amwaj Rotana. Will definitely be staying here again with the family when we are next in Dubai.

This hotel is amazing, the facilities are great and the staff are incredible! They went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel location is also really convenient - a very short walk to the beach, the marina and the metro. Also thank you for the birthday surprise! I will definitely be coming back to Amwaj Rotana the next time I come to Dubai. Special thanks to Moubarak the duty manager and also to Swapan

Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was always fresh with plenty of choices. The hotel is broadly located just walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants of JBR. Our cleaner / housekeeper Akash was very friendly and helpful when we asked for more water to be provided. All of the staff were very courteous and polite. My friend had lost her sunglasses and when we reported it to guest services and the reception team they were most helpful in helping us to review the CCTV footage and try to locate them again which was really appreciated. One thing I would say was that there is an issue with waiting times for the lifts (elevators) and sometimes we waited for close to ten minutes before the lift would come which could be quite frustrating. Overall we had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Amwaj and would return in future.

Positives; Great location, good amenities, balcony sea view. Negatives; Waiting 24 mins for a life, room not being cleaned properly, staff customer service at breakfast. Whilst I read very good reviews before booking this hotel. My experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately the long delays every morning at the lift really did frustrate and upset many guests.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Can not fault the service. They go above and beyond where they can for there guests. Day of arrival, unfortunately room took a hour longer than check in time than expected, was offered complementary lunch whilst I wait due to the delay. Luggage was bought to the room and I misplaced my lock key- hotel staff kindly helped by breaking the lock off for me! Rooms were always cleaned thoroughly and sheets changed upon request. When I called from the room for anything, wait time was minimal! They were always as quick as they could be. Breakfast buffet, selection of food! Loved it my favourite part of the morning! Pool staff extremely helpful and always asking if you needed anything. Spa staff, can’t fault the massages and reasonably priced (previously stayed at another hotel due to this hotel being booked up - I still came to this hotel to book my massage, that’s how good it was and the service). Hotel valet - always very polite, unintentionally kept leaving the panroof and windows open but they would always kindly close when parking the car, minimal wait time went requesting for my car. One occasion during my stay my car wouldn’t start outside the hotel - the staff were great with helping the mechanics push the car round the back parking area. The door men, day/ night security always very friendly, welcoming and chatty! Overall another brilliant stay! & Definatly will be back!
