The hotel looked new. The staffs were friendly at reception. The room was good. Only one thing was that I needed to ask for more towels bcuz just two bath towels were prepped there, no face towels and no bath mat. I don’t like such SDGs…

We stayed in a 2-queen bedroom for the weekend. While the hotel’s location is very convenient and close to many attractions, the overall quality of the stay was disappointing. The room itself was just okay. The lighting was very poor — only the coffee table lamps worked, and even those were extremely dim. The bathroom had several issues: the faucet was oddly positioned, and the door wouldn't close unless it was forced shut. These small maintenance problems really added up and made the stay less comfortable. For the price, I expected better upkeep and room quality. The location is definitely a plus, but the condition of the hotel does not match the cost.

Room was clean. Pool was good for the kids. Employees were helpful (shout out to Adrian who helped us at breakfast). The location and road to it are a bit beat up and unwelcoming.

The company had a system outage when I arrived, however the front desk staff member managed to get me to my room so I could rest from a long day of driving. Thank you!

You need to pay your staff more and attract a better quality of employee.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was close to the Nexus Center Ice Rink. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was good, with multiple choices. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean , well kept and well stocked.

My overall stay was ok. I requested to be moved to a different room due to issues in the bathroom, faulty toilet, non functioning hand held shower wand. I moved to a smaller room and was supposed to get a lower rate but was told at checkout that because I used a third-party booking service that they couldn't adjust the rate. I will definitely think twice about using a third-party service in the future.

Looks new. Very efficient, friendly front desk staff. Large room. Very clean. Bed is firm which isn't my favorite but I know is good for others. A little hard to find as it sits back from main road without a clear separate entrance.

We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good.
