街の中心にあり、ショッピング、食事、観光にとても便利なホテルでした。ロビーは狭いですが、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

部屋が清潔でそこそこ広かったのと、何よりロケーションがいちばんでした。ヴィトシャ通りに面していて食事に行くにも便利でした。朝ごはんは普通だと思います。

リーズナブルな費用でエアポート送迎サービスで空港で出迎えてもらい、到着早々フレッシュフルーツジュースのウェルカムドリンクがあり、フロントの対応も良かったです。部屋も広く清潔で、快適でした。バスタブは付いていませんでした。ホテルを一歩でるとレストラン、バーが多数有り、非常に便利です。

ソフィアの中心街の真っただ中にあり最高のロケーション ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で、心くばりも素晴らしかったです。 部屋は快適でしたが２度目に２泊した時にはバスタブ給水時に 水漏れがあり、部屋を交換しました。　しかしこの時も即刻対応してくれました。

観光地に近く、大体歩いていける距離にあるので大変便利。買い物にも食事にも不自由しない。 ホテル内の設備も部屋も清潔で使い勝手も良かった。 特筆すべきはスタッフの感じのよさ。接したスタッフは全員感じがよく、リラの僧院への個人ツアーも手配してくれたし、その際のやり取りにおいて、できるだけこちらの要望を取り入れようという心遣いが見え、本当に気持ちよく過ごさせてもらった。

Great location, very clean, quiet considering Central location, easy check in and check out. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely come back!

My stay at Les Fleurs Boutique Hotel in Sofia was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines modern design, comfort, and warm hospitality in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from Vitosha Boulevard, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and the vibrant city life.

La colazione viene servita in un ristorante Greco collegato direttamente all'hotel, per questo motivo non c'è il solito buffet, di conseguenza non c'è una vasta scelta.

The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable and the hotel very centrally located

Outside of the floor in our room not being swept or mopped before arriving, it was a really nice hotel with a unique feel and a great location. Overall, it was a good stay for the cost.

La situación cerca de todo y con mucho ambiente pero el hotel nada que ver con un 4 estrellas.....un poco antiguo no hay ninguna sala para poder estar....Pero si quieres buena situación y ambiente bien

Room was pretty and hotel is very conveniently located. Cleaning/housekeeping was spotless. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, good value, and staff are great. We thoroughly enjoyed a weekend in Sofia - there was plenty to do in terms of sightseeing, shopping, dining etc, and we found it much less expensive than most other European capitals. Highly recommended taking a walking tour with a local to see some hidden gems. On the other side of things - some aspects of the hotel are run down/poorly maintained. The elevator wasn’t working, black out curtains couldn’t be properly closed, shower heads weren’t working as they should, and the air con was weirdly located so one side of the room was freezing while the other was very hot.

Godt hotel med vild god beliggenhed midt i centrum. Morgenmaden var ikke så god. Men vil klart anbefale det.

The room was huge compared to so many European hotels. Being on the pedestrian street was amazing and the room was quiet. Sofia is a beautiful and vibrant city and this hotel is the perfect place to explore it from.
