街の中心にあり、ショッピング、食事、観光にとても便利なホテルでした。ロビーは狭いですが、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

部屋が清潔でそこそこ広かったのと、何よりロケーションがいちばんでした。ヴィトシャ通りに面していて食事に行くにも便利でした。朝ごはんは普通だと思います。

リーズナブルな費用でエアポート送迎サービスで空港で出迎えてもらい、到着早々フレッシュフルーツジュースのウェルカムドリンクがあり、フロントの対応も良かったです。部屋も広く清潔で、快適でした。バスタブは付いていませんでした。ホテルを一歩でるとレストラン、バーが多数有り、非常に便利です。

ソフィアの中心街の真っただ中にあり最高のロケーション ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で、心くばりも素晴らしかったです。 部屋は快適でしたが２度目に２泊した時にはバスタブ給水時に 水漏れがあり、部屋を交換しました。　しかしこの時も即刻対応してくれました。

観光地に近く、大体歩いていける距離にあるので大変便利。買い物にも食事にも不自由しない。 ホテル内の設備も部屋も清潔で使い勝手も良かった。 特筆すべきはスタッフの感じのよさ。接したスタッフは全員感じがよく、リラの僧院への個人ツアーも手配してくれたし、その際のやり取りにおいて、できるだけこちらの要望を取り入れようという心遣いが見え、本当に気持ちよく過ごさせてもらった。

Hôtel bien placé et chambre propre mais qui mériterait d’être un peu rénovée.

Excellent rooms with lots of decorative detail and gloriously large walk in shower. Almost a suite. Very well located to walk streets of restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect location. Would Describe the room as, “a step back in time”, in a good kind of way. We were there for the history and location and it did the job. Was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the allows access to all of downtown Sofia. The style of the decor is interesting and unique. The space was big enough and the bathroom comfortable. I would recommend that the hotel offers real coffee versus instant in the room.

De kamer was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden alleen de receptie een beetje onverzorgd en rommelig…niet te vergelijken met de kamer. De ligging is perfect.

Easy in, easy out!

Hotel was great. The room was modern and clean. The room had all the things that you need and nice and new. The location is fantastic but not too noisey. Highly recommend.

Albergo bello e nuovo. Esattamente sulla via principale di Sofia. Pulito, moderno, la nostra camera era molto grande con salottino. Bagno grande. Nessun rumore dall' esterno. Consigliato

Fantastic place to stay, very comfortable and a great location. The room was a nice size and very clean. Even the lighting is stylish! The only thing that could make it better would be a kettle in each room. I wish every hotel were this pleasant to stay in.

Desayuno, personal antipatico, el desayuno no esta mal, pero de las diferentes opciones que tienes, no estan todas disponibles y son mut lentos

Excellent location, close to public transport, major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room in particular the bathroom. Quiet room as only 5 rooms on one level but the air conditioning is very noisy. Had to switch off during sleep.
