街の中心にあり、ショッピング、食事、観光にとても便利なホテルでした。ロビーは狭いですが、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

部屋が清潔でそこそこ広かったのと、何よりロケーションがいちばんでした。ヴィトシャ通りに面していて食事に行くにも便利でした。朝ごはんは普通だと思います。

リーズナブルな費用でエアポート送迎サービスで空港で出迎えてもらい、到着早々フレッシュフルーツジュースのウェルカムドリンクがあり、フロントの対応も良かったです。部屋も広く清潔で、快適でした。バスタブは付いていませんでした。ホテルを一歩でるとレストラン、バーが多数有り、非常に便利です。

ソフィアの中心街の真っただ中にあり最高のロケーション ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で、心くばりも素晴らしかったです。 部屋は快適でしたが２度目に２泊した時にはバスタブ給水時に 水漏れがあり、部屋を交換しました。　しかしこの時も即刻対応してくれました。

観光地に近く、大体歩いていける距離にあるので大変便利。買い物にも食事にも不自由しない。 ホテル内の設備も部屋も清潔で使い勝手も良かった。 特筆すべきはスタッフの感じのよさ。接したスタッフは全員感じがよく、リラの僧院への個人ツアーも手配してくれたし、その際のやり取りにおいて、できるだけこちらの要望を取り入れようという心遣いが見え、本当に気持ちよく過ごさせてもらった。

Fantastic place to stay, very comfortable and a great location. The room was a nice size and very clean. Even the lighting is stylish! The only thing that could make it better would be a kettle in each room. I wish every hotel were this pleasant to stay in.

Excellent location, close to public transport, major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room in particular the bathroom. Quiet room as only 5 rooms on one level but the air conditioning is very noisy. Had to switch off during sleep.

Room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable, with bath, shower, seating area and fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous and tasty. And the location couldn't be better!

We stayed here twice, mainly because of the very walkable location, close to a lot of restaurants, historic sights and the pedestrian-only part of Vitosha Boulevard. The rooms are clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast selection. The floral mosaic walls are beautiful. However, the rooms are designed for style rather than convenience. One of the rooms had a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom, offering no privacy except for a half-wall screening the toilet and bidet. The showers leaked onto the tiled floor. The lights go off momentarily from time to time, and one of the lights is turned on by a motion sensor which woke us up when it came on randomly while we were trying to sleep. There is no night-light to facilitate navigation to the bathroom at night, and the furniture layout is such that there is little space to pass by certain corners without tripping.

L'hotel si trova in centro sulla via centrale,la camera con vista su Vitosha boulevard. La pulizia buona, tutti i giorni. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Non usufruito della colazione ma cenato nel ristorante greco annesso all'hotel,ottimo.

He hecho muchas reservaciones con expedia y es la primera vez que me quejo, nada amable la chica de la recepción, ni me saludaba o apuradamente lo hizo, en 7 noches solo limpiaron una vez la habitación por que así lo pedí, les pedí el favor refil de mini botella de agua, ni una sola vez me la dieron, entiendo q solo es de bienvenida pero una clienta q se aloja 7 noches, solo pide limpieza del room una sola vez, darle otra botella es lo cordial, no recomiendo ese hotel ni vuelvo
