総合評価とレビュー Hotel Principe Torlonia

・ガーデンでいただく朝食はとても優雅な気持ちになり、いい旅の始まりを迎えるには最高です。 ・駅からは徒歩で10分くらい。 ・スタッフはとても親切で、周辺のレストランを教えてくれたり、部屋のグレードアップをしてくれた。

アフガニスタン大使館の隣。メトロの駅から離れているが、すぐの大通りからバスでテルミニまで１本で行ける。

ローマ市内の観光は考えていなかったため、立地はあまり考えずに快適なホテルを選びました。ホテル内のレストランもありますが少し歩くとレストランがあり、（ホテルの方に教えてもらいました）スーパーもありました。ローマ市内へ観光を考えている方には不便かもしれません。後日、ローマ市内のホテルに泊まりましたが金額も高く、部屋もこのホテルより狭かったので立地以外はいいホテルだと思います。朝食も簡素なものを想像していましたが種類はたくさんありました。

Personale in reception gentilissimo e accogliente, ma, a parte il bel palazzo, non rispetta standard da 4 stelle per l’assenza di comfort (grucce rotte nell’armadio, camera minuscola senza scrivania e assenza di postazioni per lavorare anche nei luoghi comuni) e la colazione poco assortita e con alcuni prodotti non freschi. Per un prezzo così elevato come minimo queste caratteristiche devono essere scontate e i dettagli più curati.

A bit small but everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

It was a nice villa with superb employees. The bath in our suite had a used look, so maybe there could be a new bathtub and shower help for 5 of 5 stars. Thanks

Location is great, wonderful garden, nice breakfast view. But my room was downstairs in the catacombs and a bit depressing. Staff was helpful but a bit snobby. So the stay was ok, not great.

Great stay! Our balcony was amazing, free breakfast every morning was nice. Could’ve been more selection but can’t complain. It’s a bit far from the city centre but there’s a bus stop nearby that takes you there. Wish there was more shower gels/shampoo. I would say for a 4 star hotel, it deserves every star.

Cortina quebrada, pedi pra arrumarem, nao fizeram! Ralo do box estava entupido, nao arrumaram! Frigobar nao estava gelando, pedi pra arrumar ou trocar, nao fizeram! Meu voo trocou o horario, pedi 1 hora a mais pra ficar no quarto, nao concederam! Quarto muito perto da recepcao, escuta todo barulho!

Caro para o q era, serviço ruim, não tinha piscina, na foto parece piscina mas é um lago!! Fazem festas de casamento e não dão atendimento correto aos hóspedes

Perfect hotel for our first night in Rome after a very long flight from the United States. All we wanted was a comfortable place to sleep and this room was perfect - excellent air conditioning (super important because it's 100 degrees outside!), comfortable beds, including bunk beds which are fun for my teenagers, suite with two adjoining rooms (great since we all have jet lag and are awake at different times), large bathroom. I also want to compliment the very welcoming and helpful woman who greeted us at the reception area. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even called the train company for me to help me figure out a problem I was having with my tickets. Molto Grazie!

Excellent staff, very courteous, helpful and polite. The A/C did not cool enough our room and a few things needed attention….The Junior Suite needs some updates.
