プール、レストラン、アメニティがよかった。

ドゥブロヴニクの景観を堪能したあと、ホテルでゆっくり快適に過ごすのに最適だった。

夕食付で予約したが、飛行機の関係で夕食が取れなかったのですが、代わりにと食事を部屋に用意してくださり、とても助かりました。 旧市街地からは少し遠いですが、リゾートホテルでゆっくり滞在出来ました。

旧市街へのバスがホテル前から出ており、出発地なので、座れるのがよい。部屋にはヨーロッパのホテルには珍しく湯沸器もあるのでありがたい。ホテル内にコンビニがないので、水は事前に買っておく方がよい。プライドビーチがある。ビーチから海に入る階段は滑りやすいので要注意。ホテルで円からユーロへの両替もしてくれる。

ツアーの送迎車がホテルの玄関前に約束した時間に現れなくて心配していたら、スタッフが業者に電話をかけてちゃんと来るように頼んでくれた。

海辺にあるリゾートホテルで、とても施設が充実しています！ アウトドアプールの他にインドアプール内にもジャグジーがあり、サウナもドライサウナとミストサウナもありました！ 旧市街からバスで15分程かかりますが、ホテルは落ち着いていてとても寛げます。

何もかも素晴らしかった？

ドゥブロヴニクの旧市街から、4番バスで終点で、ホテルの玄関前に止まる。バスの表示もパレスとなっていたので、分かりやすかった。クロアチアの友人にここに泊まると言う話をしたら、夕日が綺麗な高級ホテルだと言われた。確かに夕陽は、素晴らしかったが、期待していったが、部屋の内装は日本のビジネスホテルを少しましにしたぐらいで、使われている素材も高級感がなかったし、テラスに出るドアも重く、開かなかった。宿泊した日が、トップシーズンだったためだろうが、ゴールド会員になって部屋のランクアップどころかエレベーターからかなり遠い場所だった。水のサービスも2日目は無かった。夕食が付いていたのを知らずに、夕食を食べてからチェックインしてしまった。ホテルドットコムから、4日前にホテルの宿泊内容のメールが届くが、そこには書いていなかったので、もし、可能ならその時点にも知らせてほしい。ホテルのスタッフは、礼儀正しく、親切でそこはさすがに5つ星のホテルだと思った。

今回、ハネムーンで利用しましたが、事前にメッセージを送信していたところ、部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。スタッフの対応も良く、朝食や施設も充実しており、とても満足です。

ホテルの方が親切で、静かに過ごすことができました。 シャワーの持ち手あたりから、お湯がもれていました。水圧を弱くしたら、気にならなくなりました。 朝食は、時間によって混雑していましたが、種類もあって、良かったです。

This hotel is beautiful, I highly recommend it. We were on the 8th floor with wonderful views of the sea and islands. We took Ubers into old town for touring, yet there is also a bus that comes to the hotel that is an option. Walkable to a nearby promenade filled with restaurants, a little uphill on the way back for less than half a mile. The breakfast was great, many options in the buffet. We went in late October and missed the crowds, which we liked. Glad we chose to stay here.

Unserer Meinung nach entspricht das Hotel keinen 5 Sternen. Die Zimmer waren schön gross und sauber, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Was aber nicht geht, wenn abends nach 18 Uhr die Minibar aufgefüllt wird. Man möchte sich kurz ausruhen im Bett, dann kommt der Zimmerservice und füllt in Ruhe alles auf, während man im Bett liegt. Nicht sehr schön. Desweiteren ist das Frühstück sehr einseitig, keine Abwechslung der Speisen und die Freundlichkeit vom vorallem weiblichen Service lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Ebenso auch die Auswahl des Buffets am Abend, da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. In den A la Carte Restaurants sind die Preise völig überteuert. Für zum Beispiel einen Tomaten Mozzarella Salat 23€ ist definitiv zu viel. Alles in allem war es akzeptabel für einen Städtetrip, die Haltestelle vom Bus in die Altstadt ist direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, das fanden wir sehr praktisch, aber insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis nicht.

What a wonderful stay! The view from our room was amazing! They upgraded our room which was awesome! The restaurant was delicious! Easy to take the bus to the old City, right by the hotel entrance. You can even but your city pass at the hotel. The staff was incredible as well. Perfect 10/10!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. The best feature is the pool area that leads to ocean. You can just sit and watch the sunset…which is what we did. It felt like you were on a cruise ship. The room was nice and clean with a balcony with same view as the pool. In fact this felt like any good hotel in the US with all the amenities. But the breakfast, balcony and pool take it to the next level. The one drawback is the proximity to city center. There are convenient ways to get there via taxi, Uber or Bus. But definitely not walkable. I am not counting this as a negative as long as you know this beforehand. I would highly recommend this hotel. In fact, my cousin is already planning to comeback to Dubrovnik and this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The views of the sea from every bedroom, restaurant, swimming pool and bar were breathtaking. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Breakfast was incredible - so much choice and delicious. The 10 minute bus ride from right outside the hotel to the old town every 15 minutes was perfect. We had such a glorious time. ❤️

Room was nice a bit small for the price but clean. The grounds and view were beautiful

Clean throughout, great facilities both inside and out. Couldn’t fault it during our stay.

I had a one person room and spent 3 nights there. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the upstairs reception and lobby bar and of course from the room and the private balcony. Also tried the indoor pool and the Sauna. The pool area downstairs I'm sure would be great during the summer, now it wasn't quite warm enough for swimming for me outside for that. The room was beautiful and clean, service was great as well, everybody were nice and happy to help with any questions. The breakfast had a plentitude of options, the food was good and the view over the adriatic sea was even better. Would recommend, especially during the Summer season!
