I enjoyed my stay. Carpet in hallways needs and update but other than that really clean and nice. Breakfast food was really good and staff was super friendly.

We stayed here in January and returned because it was convenient and clean. Breakfast was decent with waffles cereal and yogurt but no juice, they did offer fresh fruit to, which is good, something not usually available in most places.

The room was okay. I didn’t ask for a handicap accessible room yet was given one. Overhead lighting was insufficient in all areas and bathroom space while large was poorly laid out wirh barely any counter space. I’m used to a more traditional style room (not referring to decor). Breakfast was included and is something I look for when booking a stay-it was nice. Parking lot has a different layout than I’m used to, however there was ample space. The hotel was clean, front desk & housekeeping was super friendly and I thank them for hiring employees with great customer service skills! Overall, it was an okay stay for “just a night”.

Conveniently located and great value for the money. From the pictures of the outside, I assumed it was a new hotel. It isn’t but is still nice and my family loved the free breakfast!

Easy check in and check out

The chaos in the dining area are needing replacement. The bed in our room was very hard making sleep difficult.

The room was supposedly handicapped accessible but the toilet was low, when it should be higher and the jetted tub was not accessible for any handicapped person, would have better with with a walk in shower. The pillows were shaped like spheres, not something I could rest myhead on.

The place has improved and looks a lot better. The rooms are spacious! The carpet in the room where we stayed had stains everywhere. We had ladybugs all in our room but the employees had no problem moving us to another room. The rooms have plenty of lamps/ lights, especially in the bathroom. The floors on the second floor felt like you were going to fall through and the elevator did not run smoothly. Had to take the stairs quite a bit. The staff was Great!! The breakfast was ok. I wuold stay again.

STAY IS VERY PEACEFUL AND STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL

I love the new look of the property. We stayed here 3 years ago and since then they have remodeled. Very nice.

I liked the cleanliness and fresh smell. The foundation has shifted and the hotel floors in our room were uneven when walking on them.

Comfort and cleanliness

The room was clean and beds were comfy, but the smell was overbearing with the Fabreeze smell coming into the room.

On a family trip to SFA for orientations, we stayed one night only. But everything was great nice staff, quiet, clean room, good parking well lit. Worth the price 👍.
